My unit was serviced by Tom Dragg. I have been using Tom Dragg for almost a year now. I honestly have nothing bad to say about him. He has excelled in all aspects of managing our unit. He has been friendly and professional with my family when I have not been home. His knowledge and skills in managing the unit have uniformly impressed me. When we initially had our unit looked at for issues with cooling we were quoted 10-15k to have unit replaced. When Tom came out he explained how our unit worked and that it was the appropriate size for our home. We have several minor issues after that over the following six months and Tom was always available to help and kept our costs down. We finally had to have a big job done (compressor replacement) this past month. Tom was on the job quickly. He got a great price for us and has the unit in within a week of assessing the problem. We did have some issues after install and he was either available or pulled one of his colleagues to come to correct the problem. Our home had excellent temperature control at a low cost thanks to Tom Dragg.

I have been using this company approximately 4 years for HVAC and they have always exceeded my expectations. I recently used them for electrical services to install a couple of ceiling fans and under cabinet lighting. The tech was neat and orderly and the outcome was better than I expected. Of all the things I could praise Big C's for, the thing that merits the most praise is that they offer their excellent services 24 hours a day. That means that you don't have to be up at 3 in the morning trying to fix a leaky faucet, or stay up if you come home late and find that your toilet won't flush. The fact that they offer their top-notch service at 24 hours a day is why Big C's is my favorite plumbers in all of Tulsa.

I used Air Solutions for a blower door test on our new home under construction. Mike was quick to contact me and very helpful. Mike also was very flexible with my schedule, showed up when he said and exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with how the test was performed and the recommendations provided following the test. I will be using Air Solutions again for my final blower door test prior to occupancy.

Jesse, my technician did great. The work was completed and done well.However, I scheduled an 8:00-12:00 appointment time the day before they actually showed up. I sat around for 4.5 hours with a no show.When I called them and advised them, they hadn’t even assigned my job to a tech that day. Not cool

Ready Services is an ok mechanical company, I am a supporter of this company because the owners are black and because of good people like Anthony that is all. Scotty doesn't understand buisness or respect and their is alot of mistakes made in the office.

I will not use another plumber! Cale is professional, reliable, reasonably priced and honest!!! I had a problem with my shower another plumber quoted $2,650.00 said he was going to have to tear the wall out etc. this was after I had to call him several times to get the quote. Cale came and looked at the issue order the part and had it fixed in 10 minutes once he got the part. No demo required! $400 and that was mostly the part cost. This is your guy if you need a plumber.

Austin did a great job installing a new faucet. He is professional as well as very likeable. He was patient answering all my questions and explained in a way I could understand. Also, the office personnel are very helpful and will return calls promptly. The cost of the job was very reasonable. Why even look for another plumbing company ?

I had an emergency. I called and the owner answered. They took care of the problem immediately. I had a slab leak. Three gentleman came out. The first one assessed the problem and gave me options, he gave me his recommendation which was the less expensive route - very impressive. The second gentleman jackhammered the slab and did the repair. The third gentleman poured the concrete. They were very honest and polite and courteous. The price was competitive. I am very very pleased!

We had never heard of Torch Services before. We went out to Home Advisor to find someone to install a new kitchen faucet. They promptly replied and called within 10 minutes of my posting. They scheduled us for Monday between 9-12 and said their service man would call about 20 minutes before coming. He called and arrived around 9. He had shoe covers on to protect our floor. Raul was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He was quick, thorough and did just what we asked. I would use them again and highly recommend this company.

I recently switched over to Hendrick Heat & Air for my annual heat and air service. I decided to switch from another local company after Hendrick H&A was able to repair a plumbing issue that had been an ongoing issue for years. Rather than temporarily taking care of the issue, Hendrick’s employees were proactive in taking care of it for good. Hendrick was also available in the midst of a snow and ice storm when most other local plumbing companies had turned off their phones due to volume. Hendrick made it work! After having my air units serviced, I was equally impressed with the professionalism of the H & A tech. Todd arrived on time, first thing in the morning and caught an issue that would have had me sweating (literally) if it had gone unnoticed. My experience after both occasions has left me a loyal Hendrick customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my H&A or plumbing needs.
