These guys do a great job. Good old fashioned customer service. Very respectful of myself & my home and they left everything exactly as they found it. Took care of all my plumbing needs in a timely manner. I won't use anyone else.

My heater went out today of all days. Casey was able to come out quickly and find the problems, locate the parts and have my heater up and going in just a couple of hours. Casey also found out that the part was under warranty. Casey was very friendly and knew his job very well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Had a service technician come out to look at our AC which had stopped working. Were told that the capacitor was bad and that it would cost as much to repair our existing compressor as it would cost to buy and entirely new system. Found out later that the tech took our old capacitor with him when he left, so we basically paid him $99 to break our compressor so that other companies can't even test it due to missing parts. We were also never given a cost for repairs, only a cost days later for a replacement system which would cost just over $15k. Extremely poor business practice bordering on bait and switch.

Save yourself the frustration and call someone else.

They no-showed, and didn’t even reach out. After 30 minutes past time they said they’d arrive I called for an update to be rescheduled. That happened 3 times. They didn’t reach out to at least give me a head’s up, and even copped an attitude on the phone when I asked for a real time that they would actually arrive.

Then the tech was rude to my girlfriend, as I was out of town the day they finally got around to doing the work. He then called me and said he’d be back to finish a fan cleaning. Of course he never showed.
Glad to be done with this company. Complete lack of professionalism and class.

The guy that came out was very kind and professional. He completed the repair and I have no complaints.

USE HENDRICK!!! They are amazing, quick and knowledgable. We had a neighbor going through chemo and her AC went out. We discovered we had a leak in one of the upstairs bathrooms that was dripping through to the downstairs. Andrew was able to quickly get out to our home and pinpoint the source of the leak with the least amount of damage possible. Andrew and Jacob were then able to get the necessary repairs made and everything back to working like new. We definitely appreciate how fast the whole process was and that damage was able to be minimized.

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!
