Sam is always on time, all business, and explain things clearly. I have had a very good experience with Half Moon Plumbing!

Nothing but good things to say. I have rental properties and I can't always be there exactly when they show up. But, by the time I arrive they are always hard at work and help me keep my tenants with cold AC! And even gave me a discount from service when I needed to replace an AC unit.

Called to speak with my salesman and was told he was now a manager and that he was unavailable to speak (8:05 am). The young lady said she would email him that I would like to speak to him. When asked about a response time she indicated 24 hours. When I said so tomorrow morning? Well you guessed it has now been 2 business days and no return call. I guess once my installation and payment has cleared, I am just a number. I was attempting to talk about having my system flushed and the price I was quoted was not the same price my salesman quoted me when we shook hands and I agreed to purchase your services. I wish google reviews would allow something less than 1 star. Being old school that a handshake use to mean something and now knowing the true disappointment I would have chosen a different service company for my tankless hot water heater. Prior to this I was pleased but service after the fact I feel the pain

Mastons Plumbing and Drain is the only plumbing service I will use from now on they advise me on plumbing upgrades to be compliant with my insurance they installed a new shower and all the plumbing for a remodel cleaned up and it was like they was never here

Came home from work yesterday evening walked into the small bathroom to take shower the carpet was completely soaked. Called Wooten plumbing the young lady that answered phone was very caring and helpful. They got a plumber out within the hour, Christian Lafontan was very professional and knowledgable. He came back this morning and installed two new toilets. Very respectable, both with us and of our property.
I highly recommend this company for any and all your plumbing needs.

Called Hendricks Heat & Air to fix my central air that failed on a very hot day. Within a few hours they showed up and had a/c up & running. First time using this company but I was very impressed with not only their quick response time but also their fair pricing. When in need of air conditioning work, do not hesitate to give them a call!!

We had plumbing needs in our downstairs powder room and upstairs bathroom. Spencer Johnson and his assistant were very professional and efficient with all of the work. It was completed in a timely manner and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work they performed. This is the 2nd job we have had performed by Half Moon and we are completely satisfied with the work they have done on both instances!

Bryan was courteous, communicated well and responsive. He installed my tricky new kitchen faucet and was quick about it. It was New Years day, called expecting to schedule after the holiday but they had availability on the same day and did not charge a holiday fee. Will definetly use again if needed, cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond what was expected of Bryan.

Mr. Wooten is respectful, clean, timely. We called him with a clogged kitchen sink at 2:30pm and he was able to come over after he completed a job and have it working by 6. Thank you Mr. Wooten for a job well done! We will call you again.

Absolute Air got us out of a huge bind! We were expecting around 30 people for New Year’s Eve but the morning of the party our heater went out! Absolute Air was able to come out right away, diagnose the problem, and replace a part to get the heater up and running long before any guests were expected to arrive! Absolute Air was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Without their expertise we would have had a lot of disappointed friends and family!

Custom and master plumbing are very professional and reliable. Highly recommend!!!!

They charged a woman over 10k to replace her main line, and did such a terrible job, her entire basement was flooded with sewage. The woman was 96 years old, and was unable to go down her stairs, so she had no idea it was happening until I told her.
