Best Drain Cleaning Job in Tulsa OK

Very rude and not at all what they advertised. All these 5 star reviews have to be faked! I called at 12:30am because of a clog I desperately needed fixed right away. The guy who answered the phone answered with a big sigh then plumbing in such an apethic tone you would think we were a bother. I asked if they were available that night since they were listed as 24 hour plumbers. He replied there was no way he could get anyone out b/c they have already worked a 14 hour shift and just left work. They weren't going to come back in. I asked why they were listed at 24 hours if that was the case. He said that they try to be available at all times but that's not always the case. He sounded upset we even called. I will not recommend or even bother trying them again.

Eric was wonderful - he arrived on time and was extremely professional. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and was able to fix an issue we didn't even know we had. This is the second time we have used Half Moon Plumbing and they will be our go-to again for any future needs.

Did a great job and were fast. Called yesterday to get them out to do an estimate for some water heater work. They got us in first thing this morning. We had them go ahead and do the repairs and they had it done in just a few hours. Very professional.

Asked for a second opinion on an electrical concern. His trouble shooting likely prevented a large expense on our part

A pleasant young man . He was prompt, fast, and explained and showed me the issue causing the problem. Also he was great with my 6 month old puppies.

Had Clear Creek replace a water heater for me at my vacation house in Tulsa. They gave me a price upfront and showed up the next day to get the work done. Colton was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He replaced the water heater, cleaned up after himself and I ended up paying what we agreed on. Great service and I’ll definitely use them again! They even called afterwards to make sure I’m still happy with the work done and everything’s working great!

My hot water tank blew up and they were spot-on came right when he said he would and had the work done in just a couple of hours very impressed exclamation point

We had an old shower (home built in the 60's) that had begun to leak at the hot and cold handles. Chad's crew located the parts and were able to keep that shower going without having to remove the tile enclosure or tear into the back of the wall. Thank you!

Andrew Murphy was the tech dispatched my residence. He was on site within 4 hours of my calling and requesting service. He troubleshot the problem thoroughly and found that I had a clog in the lines somewhere and freed it.. all in all he was in and out in less than an hour!

Over priced, lack of completed inspections prior to installation so when the time came to do the work they had more and more expenses to tack on and more people to call. Did not match the price of quote, even after they came out to inspect first.

I'll give them a star for the correct installation of a bidet in my master bathroom but that's all. (backgrounda: this bidet installation is part of another bathroom renovation, where we bundled up some work and have the contractor include this bidet installation as part of the whole package). The date after finishing the installation of said bidet, we noticed scratches on the travertine floor, these are superficial scratches that if you're not looking directly at the floor you'll not notice them. After reporting these to the contractor, he asked me to report it directly to Custom Master Plumbing, which I did promptly. The supervisor, Gerardo, passed the message to the plumber  who gave me a call himself. The call went something like this... I didn't do it, I was wearing knee pads and all my toolboxes are made of plastic. Note: during the bidet installation the plumber was wearing knee pads and yes all their toolboxes were plastic, BUT they had tools directly on the floor and did not use any other protection over the travertine floor; they did use cardboard to protect the wood floor though. No explanation of how we use the bathroom seemed feasible to the plumber: we don't even wear shoes inside the house, we do not have any metallic objects in the bathroom area and most of the time we're either barefoot or wearing socks or slippers. Anyways the contractor then reported that Gerardo the supervisor fully trusts his guys and that Custom Master Plumbing would NOT take any responsibility for the scratches. In total, we have about seven (7) travertine tiles with scratches, all around the bidet and our contractor will try to get these scratches removed. With this kind of attitude towards responsibility, I do not recommend this company.
