I'm only at the about to start the work phase. Nonetheless, my experience so far has been so incredibly positive I had to stop to write a review.
When your basement is flooded and six men have been working loudly on mold home mitigation, tearing up much of your basement, and you then find out there may be a recurring problem unless you undertake another expensive repair, you are in a bad place. (As an aside those six men, led by Mike from Sewer Pro were fabulous as well)
Grant from Underground ASAP came out immediately, working late on a Friday to accommodate me. He was so nurturing, and so clear in his explanation, that he took me from a 10 out of 10 on a stress level down to zero. Even though the news was bad news, the way he accommodated me made it seem absolutely under control. Emergency work will start Monday morning. He also told me to feel free to call him at home over the weekend if I had any questions. I called him Saturday morning and once again talking to him was actually therapeutic. Experiences like this make me feel more optimistic about the whole human race

I received the best experience working with this company and especially Eric. He came to one of my properties and gave honest advice. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with a few options to choose from. His team came in within a couple days to work on the property. I was expecting a mess in my front lawn, but the team did an amazing job cleaning up. The same day Eric followed back up, stating everything went fine. He also sent an email with a work completion letter. I definitely would be using this company again and recommend them to everyone!

Unethical. Tried to charge me $5,000 for a 10' dig based on a problem that wasn't diagnosed or found. M & B services did my entire line for 6,000. Wasted my time and even the city was disappointed this company is licensed.

All my plumbing was backing up onto my basement floor and so I was having to wet-vac everything from food to feces every 2-3 weeks. I had another guy come out, who didn’t even bring a cam and quoted me at 12,000 to replace the whole line. I was obviously in sticker shock and felt disrespected as he didn’t even try to cam my line to get to the root of the problem. I called my cousin who’s a plumber and he referred me to ASAP and Tony showed up with a camera and walked me thru the exact issue and a solution to the problem. His quote, 5,000 to repair the line and install clean outs for easier access if the line ever backed up again. He had a crew out the following day in a rain storm and the dig manager Rob showed me the section of pipe that had broken. They were in and out in a day and my plumbing was back up to operational. It’s been 2 years now and no back ups at all. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing main line sewer repair.

We went thru Discount Plumbing for a leaky faucet estimate and apparently they assigned it to this company. Save yourself the $95 estimate fee. He was here no longer than 10 minutes. The man came within the estimated time period. He saw us at the screen door getting the baby and baby toys out of the way and just walked in. Showed him the problem and immediately said all the galvanized pipes would have to be replaced. “Very expensive, maybe $2000, maybe $2500. He did not listen when we said we didn’t want a shower head but just the tub faucet with spray attachment. I asked him if we could do something quick to stop the faucet from running and he talked about cartridges but that they didn’t have any but other plumbers might. And not to have a handyman do it because we could have a big leak. He spoke so fast it was hard to follow him. When he finally wrote the estimate it was for $3885. He did not put the panel back on the access but asked us if we were ok doing it ourselves. We said yes, and he ran out as fast as he ran in. Needless to say we were not impressed and after looking up the reviews, looks like it was mostly for sewer issues. So I don’t think this is the company for us.

We had a section dug up and replaced it failed right after that section. Called them and never heard anything back.

I would recommend this company OVER ALL OTHER Sewer and Drain cleaning related companies. Graydon, the ASAP employee, was professional, highly knowledgeable, and honest with every part of the work he completed on my mom's house. He took his time explaining every part of the procedure to me, which was having her sewer line checked. He uploaded the video to the city for me and answered every single question I had about the process. If Graydon is a representation of what this company employs then using this company is going to make you feel highly satisfied, valued, and confident in the work they complete. I will definitely use and recommend this company to anyone who needs their service.

We needed some work done on our sewer line based on an inspection done by a prospective buyer of our home and were under tight timelines. The team did such a fantastic job communicating with us the necessary repairs and their corresponding costs. Job was completed as anticipated and at the cost they said. They outlined exactly what they did and provided video evidence, as requested by our buyer. Our relator even mentioned how awesome this company was! I feel confident in the work they did and would hire them again! 5 stars, for sure!

They charged a woman over 10k to replace her main line, and did such a terrible job, her entire basement was flooded with sewage. The woman was 96 years old, and was unable to go down her stairs, so she had no idea it was happening until I told her.

We had sewer line replacement in March 2020. Job was done professionally and on time. We are now selling our house and the buyers were requiring a fix to the line. William talk to them. He explained that the expensive fix did not need to be done. Saved us a bunch of money. I would highly recommend ASAP.

We had a massive sewer issue on our hands and ASAP underground came out and solved the problem in no time. They diagnosed the issue as a problem with our old clay mainline (which caused sewer back up), brought the crew out the next day and fixed our mainline. I cannot thank Grant and his crew enough for their outstanding job they did.
