Great service! Called them when my AC went out, and they were at my house within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Service techs were very professional and explained in detail the issue and what they had to do to fix the problem. Highly recommended them for doing the job fast and effiecntly!

Cody was on time, polite and efficient. Problem was located, part was replaced, and I was kept informed of the process all the way through. Will definitely use again, and will request Cody.

They were able to get me in within the next day. The technician, Terrance, was kind and curteous. He spent a lot of time fixing it. This was on a Friday. Then on Saturday evening it stopped working again. I just texted him to say, Hey, the fan stopped spinning. He immediately replied, I'll be there tomorrow morning. (Father's Day). I didn't ask for him to come immediately, he offered. He showed up and got it fixed. A new part was faulty. Amazing service. Great customer service. I will USE Again in the future! He went above and beyond!!!!!!

This company and team worked magic! After our A/C went out last night we were trying to figure out the issue ourselves because our unit was old but nothing was working. We feared it may have to be replaced but kept our thoughts positive. I contacted Markim at 7:30 this morning and received almost an immediate text saying someone could come out midday. Perfect, we’ll see you then!( I had left messages at two other places, just in case) I got a call about 10 am saying they were on their way. (His name was Bobby McGee, seriously the best guy)The tech ran his tests and showed us what was wrong and answered all of our questions.Unfortunately our A/C had breathed its last cold breathe. We asked for an estimate and the tech was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Didn’t push us one way or another and was completely honest. We felt the price we were quoted was fair and reasonable and decided it would be too much of a hassle to check around when the other companies I had called hadn’t even called back. The tech checked to see if the unit was in stock, it was, and then called Mark (The Man) They could come out today and start the replacement. WHAT?!? How awesome. Two hours later David and Max show up and get to work taking out the old A/C and furnace. Our buddy Bobby was back about 30 minutes after them with the new unit. They never promised it would be done tonight which is understandable because a pregnant lady not getting what she thought with no A/C is not good news 😁 BUT they did it. They did it in like 5 hours. 🤯 I know that is not likely to happen in the middle of summer on the hottest day of the year but this team nailed it! Not only did they work a miracle but all the gentlemen were THE nicest guys ever. This company will forever be our go to for heating/air/plumbing. Don’t hesitate to call them, I promise you won’t be disappointed. 😃

Never did get back with on some questions I had asked him

I have done business with Freedom Plumbing Heat & Air for approx 15 years. I have never even entertained the idea of calling a different company because I've never had reason to do so. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and always very quick & reasonable in their response to my needs.

But far more importantly, their honesty is impeccable. I never have to question their advise or their work. And when it's always said and done, they are reasonable and within industry standards. I cannot recommend them enough.

I called Alert this morning and their guy Logan was at my house just a few hours later. Everything is fixed, shower works even better than before. Thank you.

I had a pipe burst at 10:00pm the day before Christmas Eve. I called Duvall at 8am the next morning and a live person answered the phone and sounded like they genuinely cared about my situation. She said they would have someone out between noon and 5pm. Of course I figured they would be here at 4:59pm. But at 12:12pm I received a call from Hunter to let me know he was on his way. My situation was resolved by 2:00pm. Hunter was very knowledgeable and professional. He is an asset to Duvall and should be commended for how he represents the company. My Christmas festivities are underway. Thank you Hunter and Duvall Plumbing.

24hr service is a must I think for a service company. Plumbing issues don't adhere to a schedule :( thank goodness for this company they answered and promptly got on task. Thank you Thank you!!!

Called in and they said they could get to me in the afternoon. Called around noon to confirm, no problem. Called at 3:00, let me check?? Called me 45 mins later and said they couldn’t make it. Thanks a lot
