These people really impressed me. After filing a service request on the web, I half expected to not hear from them......which is sooo common nowadays with emails for help and requests for info off the web. Instead, I got a call 15 minutes later, and 90 minutes later Angel was on my doorstep. He wasted no time figuring out my problem and had it fixed within the hour. I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. He grew up watching and helping his dad. I highly recommend you call them next time you need a plumber

I called Cummings Plumbing to get a quote on my water heater situation. The rep was very professional and provided a 3-tiered 30-day quote very quickly.

During the extreme heat advisory last week, Chris came out to save the day. He was polite, patient and moved quickly to get our AC up and running. We have a daughter who is considered medically fragile and he went above and beyond to make sure she was safe. He helped me deal with the Home Warranty company, which was a whole other nightmare. Thank you Chris for reminding me that great customer service still exists.

Anthony was great, he did an amazing and efficient job. He took less than an hour and fixed everything for us. He was very professional and had everything he needed. Price was reasonable and he has great customer service.

I hired BioRemedies to do a Video inspection on the sewer lines of the home my fiancé and I were in the process of purchasing. While this service is not part of the traditional home inspection we (and our realtor) felt that it was important to do for our peace of mind before finalizing the purchase. The company was prompt and efficient and Ken even followed up with me personally to let me know everything looked good! I highly recommend this service for new home buyers! The cost far outweighs the benefit should problems be found !

Another plumber said that the pipes under the house were all bad and needed replaced - for thousands of dollars and a week to trench the yard. I called Expert Plumbing for a second opinion. They inspected the pipes(which did not need to be replaced), cleared the lined of tree roots, put in a new clean out for 1/10th of the original estimate and were done in less than a day! I trust Expert Plumbers.
