Best Water Line Repair/Replacement in Tucson AZ

This repair turned out to be more extensive than expected. I am so grateful that Zack knew what to do to fix the problem. He explained what happened, why the toilet could not flush and he explained what needed to be done for him to complete the repair. Zack is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and takes pride in doing the job to perfection. He is also courteous and truly cares about helping people. I will certainly call DrainMasters in the future for other plumbing needs. Thank you for helping me.

Service Tech came out, was very friendly when trying to repair Fireplace. was not able to, needed to order parts, told me he would work on it and get back to me in a couple days. I have called 4 times now in last 6 weeks, and finally was given information on the parts. I understand it was hard to find, but zero communication, and zero return calls that were told to me would happen did not, i had to keep calling. dont know if i would give them another try or not.

I had George's company come out to fix a leaking faucet (which turned out to be MANY issues). The job was finished in a professional manner. A couple of month's later another problem appeared and I called them to come back. I told him that I thought it was a problem that we had created and not at all an issue with their work. He went straight to work and fixed much more than what I had reported - again professional. While he was here, he also checked EVERY plumbing fixture in the house (inside and out) and made some recommendations. I'll use them again!

I highly recommend this company and their personnel. Service technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. My a/c unit is running great. Everything and everyone is tops in my book. Service check on my heater went flawlessly. Service on my hot water heater was done very efficiently. Every Person I have spoken to or worked in person with are fantastic. Highly recommend this company.

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

water heater replacement. called on 06/19/2023 and had an appointment on 06/20/2023. Robert came in the morning and was able to remove and replace the water heater with the same type in a timely manner with no mess. Good job.

Sal Torres came to our home yesterday, and was very good to work with, as always. He is very clean and neat, explains what needs to be done, and still leaves our home as clean or even cleaner than when he came. Goettl has done quite a bit of work for us, including installing a new room unit, semi-annual maintenance, and fine-tuning our main system. He has been here before, and actually helped me understand this system. Sal is very careful about putting covers on his shoes, and has NEVER tracked anything in to our home. I still feel that with Goettl A/C having people like Sal I am being well taken care of. I will recommend Goetll A/C for any project you might have.

Paul arrived at 9:00 PM. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed a defective faucet and worn out plastic shut off valves that no longer worked. Valves replaced and arrangements made to order replacement faucet. Paul was very polite, professional, and efficient, even though it was 10:00 pm when he finished, long past his normal work hours.
Highly recommend Paul for future plumbing issues.
