This repair turned out to be more extensive than expected. I am so grateful that Zack knew what to do to fix the problem. He explained what happened, why the toilet could not flush and he explained what needed to be done for him to complete the repair. Zack is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and takes pride in doing the job to perfection. He is also courteous and truly cares about helping people. We wanted someone we trusted to do the job. Jim did the estimate, drew up a sketch and measured everything after discussing the installation. He took his time and answered all questions we had. All work was completed efficiently by Tyson, and everything was done in the time promised. The guys were very professional, the mess was minimal and the work impeccable.
