It was Sunday Thanksgiving weekend 12:30 pm complete stoppage. Called all the big names advertising 24/7 service . Yes an answering services only no response. Then DrainMasters a company person answered the phone and said they would have someone out between 1:30 and 3:00pm. At 2:30 Zak showed up and cleared the problem in about an hour.
Professionals honest, courteous and a reasonable charge for a Sunday. Highly recommend them look no where else.

Nick was the employee that provided todays service and his expertise and courteous manner were exemplary. This is the third time that I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by such a reliable and honest company. Every person representing Picture Rocks HVAC share the same high degree of courtesy. Nothing but the VERY BEST seems to be their culture.

Aaron came from Zing Plumbing to diagnose a garbage disposal/kitchen sink plugging issue. Aaron was kind and professional. He gave me a 30 minute warning call before he arrived. Aaron explained all of my options in a very easy to understand quote on a tablet.

I wasn't able to make the decision without my other half on what to do, but they give you two weeks to make a decision. If we go with them for the new garbage disposal, they will waive/reimburse the service fee of $69 from the first visit. Aaron emailed me the quote so I could easily review later.

I will definitely call them again if another situation arises! Thanks Aaron! Oh and he was also very friendly to my pup!

Cody was early actually, very professional and helpful.

I had a planned maintenance scheduled for a Friday between 12-3. The tech did not show or call, so I had to reschedule. When he came out the next week, he was only on the roof 10 minutes and said everything was okay. Customer service called the next day to see how everything went. I said good except he was only here 10 minutes. If that's how long it was supposed to take, then everything's good. To make sure he didn't miss anything and to make sure I was happy they sent out the service manager himself to service my A/C. I didn't tell them they needed to, they just did it to be sure. ID does whatever is necessary to make sure you are happy. Strongly recommended.

Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

My sister who owns the home has told me that years ago she had used Cummings years ago. And had a good experience with Cummings very professional and Adan was very attentive in our issue. Even shared our history about the early days growing up in our neighborhood compared to where he grew up!

One thing I can say when Austin and Justin made it to my residence they performed EXCELLENT SERVICE....I say don't tell a time unless they run into difficult situations and then they should Notify the customer that they're running behind.....but overall I would Refer them to my Family and Friends.....

My technician John was on time, very knowledgeable and personable. He was only out for a yearly maintenance but was able to identify a couple of small issues, get them resolved quickly and walk me through why they should be done. The system is running quieter and less frequently then before so I'm sure that will be reflected in my next electricity bill. Thanks again John.
