I got a call back within a couple of hours and was able to set up an appointment for my toilet flange and water valve issues.

I experienced a small leak within the wall of my master bedroom. My insurance company used a service to get these guys out here. They were at my home within 2 hours and immediately put their machines to work. These guys move quick. Soon the leak detection company was there, the plumber soon after. We were up and running within a day and the dry-out complete within two days. Thanks Paul!!! Oh yeah the insurance adjuster and the service they use were also terrific.

I contacted Drain Medics because they had good reviews online. I was not disappointed because the service was excellent. My garbage disposal had been leaking, they quickly identified that it wasn’t fitted correctly and fixed it . I was only charged the diagnostic fee. I mentioned that I had an issue with some stoppers in a sink that were stuck, I assumed broken but in minutes they had sorted the issue for no additional charge. An honest company with friendly helpful plumbing technicians. I highly recommend Drain Medics.

Brian Hall, Division Manager, got here quickly. Spent much time attempting to snake the sewer clog. When it was clear it wasn’t working, he came back the next day with the “big guns” to clear the clog! No fees unless the solution was complete.
