Aaron came out and looked at my problem and offered me multiple solutions and packages to fix my problem... We tried the least expensive first... And problem solved! Aaron was super great... He also advised me to purchase the 1 year warranty for 10$ more which I did... This was a great experience I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

I experienced a small leak within the wall of my master bedroom. My insurance company used a service to get these guys out here. They were at my home within 2 hours and immediately put their machines to work. These guys move quick. Soon the leak detection company was there, the plumber soon after. We were up and running within a day and the dry-out complete within two days. Thanks Paul!!! Oh yeah the insurance adjuster and the service they use were also terrific.

Technician Blaise E. did a phenomenal job assessing the issues that I was having with two spigots and also, separately, with a shower head. The repairs were done expediently, and Blaise was professional while also being amiable and personable. AMAZING service!

We have had a couple other companies out and have not received any estimates.I saw Austin's ad so decided to call.He came out that night and will be speaking to my property manager tomorrow to try to start a game plan. Very pleasant honest and and wling to show us everything and did not brush us off like the other companies because we are just the renters. If I owned my own house he is the one I would call for all my plumbing needs.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bryan from Elite rooter today. My drain was seriously clogged and Bryan knew exactly what to do. He was professional and courteous. Bryan took the time to do the job right. After he unclogged my pipe, he took a line with a camera and showed me that my pipes were clean. I called Plumber of Tucson because I needed to have my gas line behind stove moved and recessed in the wall because we are getting a new stove. The next day Matt game out on time gave me an estimate and got started. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and clean. A great job was done and all cleanup was done. He even offered to mop the floor under the stove before he moved it back. He laid tarps down from the front door to the stove. I have found my plumber in Tucson. Thank you for a great job!
