We've used Dave for 3 projects over the past few months and are extremely impressed and satisfied with his work. First project was installation of a water softener. Dave recommended a GE which we are very happy with. Installation was a bit of a challenge given the storage area had no drain access for recharging the system. He discussed our options and ingeniously threaded the drain line through the adjoining laundry room wall and into the drain for the washer. We now are able to enjoy the benefits of having soft water. Dave also replaced four sink faucet sets. This project was much more straight forward and was done perfectly.
The final project just completed yesterday was the most challenging. It involved fixing a shower valve as the water was not diverting from the main shower head to a hand held spray faucet. It appeared that the diverter valve cartridge was faulty and Dave advised us to contact Delta (BRIZO) directly for a replacement cartridge as the part would be covered under warranty. When Dave returned and installed the replacement cartridge it still did not work properly and upon further investigation he identified that the original valve holding the diverter cartridge was installed upside down! To correct the issue required opening the drywall in the family room behind the shower diverter. He rerouted the supply lines to showerhead and inlet to proper positions, reassembled the valve and diverter and tested it all. And he managed to accomplish this without having to remove the cross support between studs. He was thoughtful in his approach to and took great care to minimize the amount of repair required. The shower is now working perfectly and the water pressure is improved.
Every experience we've had with Dave has been a positive one. We especially appreciate that he is a great communicator, explaining what the problem is and the option(s) for the fix. We would recommend Noble plumbing without hesitation. Thanks Dave & Jude !

Our AC was down and not only were they willing to show up that evening, they were incredibly kind! We chose to have them come the next day rather than late that night.Rob was early and efficient. He has been our technician before, with our old AC unit, and is always friendly and personable! I cannot recommend Rob and the ID team enough!

Jake was professional and able to explain options well. The team of David and Victor were easy to get along with and worked extremely hard to complete the job with the best outcome possible. They also helped by recommending a restoration company. We are quite satisfied and would call them again if we needed work done.

Be careful when shopping at this business. My wife and I bought a pair of dance shoes. My wife changed her mind and never took them out of the box. I attempted to reurn them and I was told there is no return on dance shoes even though they were never worn.

I reminded the sales associate that she told both of us that we could return them if they did not fit well. She claimed that she said we could return them for an exchange only. I told her that I did not remember her saying this.

I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to come out and talk me. The sales associate told me that I should have read the receipt (very small print) when I purchased the shoes.

The bottom line is that they did not care about customer satisfaction. The sales associate was extremely rude and uncaring.

I will never enter this store again.

I did not have service through this company, but the driver of one of their vehicle was very unsafe. Not only was he exceding the speed limit in a residential neighborhood, he drove through a stop sign and on to a sidewalk to get around me. This is while i was backing out of my driveway. There are 6 children who live in the houses near this stop sign. Completely unsatisfactory.

I had a complete back up for the entire house and Angelo (owner of Affordable Plumbing) responded within a hour on a early Saturday morning. He took care of the problem and showed me on his camera what exactly the problem was and how he corrected it. I was impressed with him and his service and would highly recommend him.

The costing is quite good. They have always been prompt in their responses to help queries. I'd like to strongly recommend them.

Our tech Jeremy was cordial and professional for the pre-summer HVAC rejuvenation maintenance review.However, he had to be reminded to securely close the attic access point and he did not offer to put on booties before entering our house.Electronically forwarded write-up and all photos that he took of equipment in attic as well as on ground.It is a new system (one year old), so there was no service work needed.
