I would use Fusion Plumbing again.:) The guys were awesome and very knowledgeable. I could not beat the price.

Has an airconditioning/heater unit installed. The installation was done in a timely way and they showed up on time. After that day nothing else happened. I could not get the company to answer my calls in request that they process the rebate with the company which they insisted on doing. (later found out from the company that they had to) Finally had to go thru the company that manufactured the unit to get this company to process the rebate. The unit itself was installed poorly in that the unit was sitting crooked and the base was not the proper base per another company. Very disapointed. Spent a lot of money for this. A big investment. Not even a followup for 1 yr checkup. Was not conveying any problem on the phone. All calls were just inquiries. Have no idea why no communication.

George is very professional, clean, and fair with pricing. Definitely recommend.

Replaced all water lines in home and installed my water heater. Great job. Nice guys

Paul from Intelligent design out to do a checkup on my unit. From the initial phone call to set up the appointment to Paul's arrival, I have been impressed. Paul arrived in the allotted time frame looking professional. Explained everything that I and preventative things that I could do to keep my unit running.

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

In the past month the crew at Paul Davis has assisted me in completing 2 projects at an apartment community I manage. They have been very professional to work with and the workmanship on the completed projects is wonderful! While I cannot say I look forward to the next unfortunate event to happen; I can tell you that Gerardo in their office and Pio and Kent in the field will be the first call I make for the restoration!!

Woke up to water all over my laundry room. Realized it was the water heater. Called some companies and most said it would be 2-3 days to get out to me. Rocky from Aarow Plumbing was the only company that was able to fit me in that day. They arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected and looked at my issue. Sure enough it was the water heater. He had another job to get to but offered to pick up the new water heater for me and bring it back to install it. I was at a loss for words!! He picked it up for me, brought it to my house and installed it for me and took away the bad one). He did this after 8 o'clock at night. You can really tell Aarow Plumbing cares about their customers. Called in the morning and fixed in the same day!! Rocky deserves 10 stars!!!! Do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed!!!

I had been having problems with my AC unit not cooling as well as outrageous electric bills. I had two service companies come out to check the problem and it continues to be an issue. Danny came out and was able to find out that my heat strips had been on, causing the lack of cooling and high utility usage. He was able to fix everything for me and now my unit is running as it should! I am so happy with the service provided to me and would highly recommend them for any future service.

Angelo provided next-day scheduling and Marty was extremely prompt, professional, and provided quality workmanship for a very fair price. I was very pleased with their service and will use them again in the future.

The costing is quite good. They have always been prompt in their responses to help queries. I'd like to strongly recommend them.

I wanted to commend the outstanding service from your plumbing technician, Zack Galabinski. He went above and beyond to make sure our water heater was working before he left. We currently are with Rite Way and after their technician came this afternoon and was unsuccessful in repairing it, he left the job completely destroyed, not to mention very hazardous. Zack not only fixed what they couldn’t, but did it with integrity, determination and hard work! I can’t thank him enough for not leaving my family and I without hot water over the long Memorial weekend. All Rite Way left me with were estimates of over $5k for a replacement and a completely unassembled water heater. You earned a new customer strictly because of his efforts! His solution was the same as Rite Way’s, however, their technician either wasn’t knowledgeable enough, didn’t try hard enough or simply didn’t care enough to get the job done. Zack was the opposite of all that and was determined to get the job done and a job well done he did!
