From the time Alex came to do estimate for my new central air and gas furnace everything went very smooth, the team of Chris, Austin and Noah were very professional, very knowledgeable and great communicators plus Alex stopped by to see lf everything was going as planned, Mr. Arenas kudos to your company

George was polite and professional. He showed up on time and did a great job! We had multipe tasks needed and he handled everything! We had a water filtration system install, water heater descaling and reverse osmosis system removal. Thanks George!

Cody was early actually, very professional and helpful.

Dave is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and capable. He has helped us with a couple of plumbing issues after what I would consider to be reasonable business hours, because we had a need and he is very kind. The work he has done for us is exceptional. We are very happy with this business and will be calling upon it whenever we have the need for plumbing service!

The plumber, Chris, was so helpful. I had an old water softener leaking. Chris turned off the leak and rerouted my water to my house. At my request he gave me an estimate for a new water treatment system. When I told him I would be talking to another company this week, he was very professional and commented that they were a respected company. The other company gave me the option to lease a system, rather that buy one. This worked better for me to pay a monthly fee. When I called Intelligent Design to let them know I would not be using their services, they were very gracious. When my hot water heater, croaks, however, I will call them to replace it. BTW they did not charge me for Chris' services. They are just an all around class act.

Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Their workers were very professional; very knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with the owner of the local branch. The quality of the work was good.

Made appt. Man came out and nothing was accomplished at all. No work was done. A camera of the drain would have been very helpful.

Be careful when shopping at this business. My wife and I bought a pair of dance shoes. My wife changed her mind and never took them out of the box. I attempted to reurn them and I was told there is no return on dance shoes even though they were never worn.

I reminded the sales associate that she told both of us that we could return them if they did not fit well. She claimed that she said we could return them for an exchange only. I told her that I did not remember her saying this.

I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to come out and talk me. The sales associate told me that I should have read the receipt (very small print) when I purchased the shoes.

The bottom line is that they did not care about customer satisfaction. The sales associate was extremely rude and uncaring.

I will never enter this store again.

Angelo at Affordable Plumbing is awesome! They were able to get to the job quickly and were friendly, efficient and cleaned up before leaving. The server was well priced. Also he advised on another potential problem and suggested a solution to help save additional money. Will definitely use them again!
