Best Trenchless Sewer Replacement in Tucson AZ

(UPDATE 7-15-17) So after having to call out techs for the last 3 months for minor issues I was treated to a big problem at 1130 last night. Due to an improper seal during installation I am now enduring a rain leak from my ceiling causing damage to my drywall and other possessions. Every tech and supervisor (while acknowledging the issue) has completely ignored and failed to repair the problem. I have pointed out the issue many times and it has not been addressed. So now that I can confirm it's open enough for water, it shows a leak for my a.c. as well. Disrupting the efficiency of the unit as well as causing my electric bill to increase. I have placed a call to the company and we'll see if this can get resolved before further damage can occur.The process to get the system planned out and the paperwork for the financing was a breeze. They came out and did the walkthrough at a time that was convenient for me. The owner and supervisors did a great job making sure the work was completed to our satisfaction and doing a followup check. The installation crew got everything hooked up in a timely manner. They were quite polite and got the work done on time. All the scraps and boxes got cleaned up after the installation. I was walked through the maintenence of the system well and the operation of the thermostat. The system works great and it'll make the summer way easier.

AJ and Rocky are absolute rockstars. They arrive on time, with a huge worktruck with all their gear needed- no hour long trips to HomeDepot. They are super professional, knocked out the job within the timeframe I was estimated and my bill was actually less than what we agreed to at first, no bait and switch, no extra services were needed or sold to us!! Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. Frank did a wonderful job with the repair. We had a broken water shut off valve which was constantly dripping. He was able to fix it very promptly and expertly.

Scheduled service through home warranty. Plumbing service refuses to return calls. Have called multiple times within their business hours and am directed to a dispatch who says they'll call us back. They never have after many attempts at contact. This is a joke. Waiting over 3 days now for contact.
