I was overcharged $200.00 for an hour and 30 minuets labor that the employee claimed as 3 hours labor. Jerramee, tech # 26 and his co-worker tech # 27 arrived at my home 5 minutes to 8 am and left for a 30 minute run to hardware store for 2 small bolts that were bent from my shower door installation package. I ordered my shower doors online from Home Depot . I planned to do it myself but could not lift the heavy glass doors. Easy installation , top rail with dampeners, bottom rail with bumpers. the neighbors can back my claim that the truck for Pioneer Plumbing was at my house only 1 hour and 30 minutes!!!!! Jerramee charged me $35. for silicone caulking that I bought at Home Depot and the 2 small screws. He charged me $37.25 for his transportation of the big truck which was not needed on this simple installation job. These are truly fraudulent charges and are a crime!!!! the real bad thing is that both doors leak. I had not realized until my floor in front of the doors became mushy from the shower doors not sealed.
I will not recommend them to my friends or family.
July 25,2022 I had the shower door installation, finally on October 21, 2022 Pioneer refunded $159.46 of the $441.25 they charged me for the hour and a half job.

We used this company and now we have an issue in the same vicinity and they won’t come out and give us a quote without charging us. This is after they told us they’d be there in the morning and did not show up. Every person we talked to was rude (starting w/the girl who answers the phone & others) and dismissive. We called two other plumbing companies and were treated courteously. They both came out and gave us quotes and they are not the ones who did a previous job in the same area.

As a renter we needed work on a faucet and needed the owners permission before working on the solution. Swanson was called, they came promptly and knew exactly what needed to be done. They took care of contacting the owner to get approval to do the work. We had to do nothing. They got the replacement needed and they were here Monday morning to install the new part. Great job done in minimal time.

Brian did an inspection of our 17 year old house following work he did after a leak in one of the bathrooms. He found several areas of concern and returned to remedy everything. He was polite, worked quickly, cleaned up well, and showed and explained in detail what he did. We would recommend him with no reservations.

I had a wonderful experience with Shon. It took him less than an hour to completely change the water heater. Customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend him to ANYONE who needs service.

Code Blue did a fantastic job at the church I pastor, Tucson Church of God of Prophecy. The plumbers were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable; they explained the issues, what they needed to do and presented a clear, comprehensive and intelligent breakdown of cost. The church was built 45 years ago which presented some challenges with installing an updated drinking fountain. They were able to figure out a solution that was cost effective and ensured a quality install. They cleaned up after themselves and the install looks great!

We also have a water heater that has given us problems and we have attempted to fix it multiple times to no avail. Thankfully, Code Blue was able to figure out the problem that no one else could figure out and fixed it.

Jonathan Bolin is a hard worker and great asset to the Code Blue team. Any time we have a plumbing issue I know who I will be calling.

Derek and Cesar came out and did a great job repairing my shower faucet. They wore masks and were very professional.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!
