George replaced the water line running from the water meter in the alley to the house (with 1 Pex pipe). The water was only off for a few hours as the new line was installed. I was very happy with the quality of the work that was done and there is a noticeable increase in water pressure with the new line. I wouldn't hesitate to contact George again for any future plumbing needs

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

I can't say enough about the work Martin and Chris did here the last couple of weeks. The timeline and all facets of the job were explained and communication was great. Richard and he’s partner came to my house today and installed a tankless water heater, they did a very clean job installing the tank and all of the components and fittings. Would recommend Richard and Temperature Control to anyone who wants a great product and installer, would use them again.

We had 3 different techs out today. Dylon did a great job with the inspection and consultation. He was very thorough. John and Zachary came out and installed multiple valves and replaced supply lines. The two worked extremely efficiently and were courteous and clean.

Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies!
