Fantastic service. I had what I thought was just a bad power plug on our water softener. Cale came out and said would get the power plug on Monday. He also picked up a control board just in case. (Very smart because both were bad). Excellent company and will definitely use them again.

Dave is an ideal plumber to have in your home! He's trustworthy, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and so friendly. He knew right away what my issue was. He also very gracefully dealt with my difficult landlord. FOR SURE would call again and would recommend to anyone!

Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. Hung up and that was that. If you’re looking for a rude and grumpy plumber you’ve found him here at this place! Good luck.

You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

I've used Curtis Plumbing for several repairs this year. They show up when they are scheduled to show up. They do good work and clean up when finished. I recommend them.

Have had them out twice to have 2 different plumbing projects and was very pleased with there workers. Had one problem, but they returned quickly and fixed it. Everything works perfect now.

Tuhavi installed our sink in 3/2017 and since we have had only luke warm water and no truly cold water despite try to adjust the water hearter.
We just dealt with it and finally called Tuhavi to have it checked out. They had this contractor come out.

They did not arrive on time or call with notice. I had to call Al who had to call his staff multiple times to figure out what was going on. Once they came they said there was a leak which was the source of our lack of hot water and needed to order a cartridge part and would finish the work the next day. The next day they did not call us until I again called Al at 3pm and found out they were finishing a job and we were next. They then said it was a broken faucet and needed to be replaced. We now have no water pressure and still no hot water. The faucet is not leaking either.

Terrible communication, follow-up, and work. STAY AWAY.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
