Best System Inspect in Tucson AZ

After a pipe burst, we had to finally do a major repipe. Mike A and assistant were very professional, and that really helped with the disruption, over Christmas! They completed the work quickly and did a great job.

I’ve used Fusion for plumbing and HVAC needs a couple of times now and they’ve always provided good service and been highly professional and very responsive. When I had a lingering issue with my AC the owner personally came out twice, free of charge, to make sure they did everything that needed to be done.

Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating inspected my heat pump in April 2013, 14, and 16 to ensure that it was ready to go for summer. I was very happy with the service and had a great experience. In April 2017 I had a coupon for another company and decided to use them for the inspection. The other company's technician assured me that everything looked good and the amount of refrigerant was just fine.

Well, during the June 2017 heat wave, I noticed a few things. The heat pump just wasn't cooling the house enough on Tues, Weds, and Thurs. Then on Friday morning, water began dripping from an upstairs air register, and the fan stopped blowing air through my house at 6pm that evening. I was so worried that it wouldn't be fixed until Monday at the earliest.

Ron answered my call at 6:15pm on Friday evening and assured me that he would be able to come by on Saturday. He showed up before noon, promptly diagnosed the issue (insufficient refrigerant, resulting in the evaporator coil freezing and poor airflow from the blower) and we had cold air blowing from the registers in about an hour. The price was extremely fair and reasonable.

After this recent experience, I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you Ron for giving me my weekend back!

I just had a plumbing inspection from Francesco Tocci in Tucson. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He explained everything to me as we went through the inspection and gave me tips on how to keep my system running well in the future. AND he is a very nice person. Highly recommend him and Goettl.

Anthony was great, he did an amazing and efficient job. He took less than an hour and fixed everything for us. He was very professional and had everything he needed. Price was reasonable and he has great customer service.

The associate saved the day with my situation. He knew how to fix it and got water back to our house. Cost more because of the extensive repair but what can you do.
