As usually, Al's employees do much a great job. Craig and Xavier did my annual service of my water heater and soft water system. Sharp guys, they checkout the house and noticed all of water shut offs were frozen and needed to be replaced. Work scheduled. Why would anyone use another company? Over the years I have spent over $12,000 work of work. Every penny well spent and I have a piece of mind.

Alex was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed our leak within just a few minutes. We will definitely contact him for our plumbing needs in the future!

I'm very happy with the work and professionalism of Plumber of Tucson. I had ongoing clogging problems in my main line and in one of my bathrooms. Using a camera inspection, Plumber of Tucson identified that both problems were related to roots that had grown into the lines. I feared a major plumbing repair or replacement was inevitable. The video inspection I was shown looked pretty bleak but after using descaling and hydro jetting equipment, there are no more signs of roots. The plumbers showed me both before and after video footage of both areas and I was shocked at how clean they were after their work.

They were kind, knowledgeable, clean, and thorough and the price I paid for the service was thousands of dollars less than a major repair or replacement would cost. They were very positive and never tried to make the matter seem worse than it was and I was especially grateful they never tried to up-sell me anything. I'm especially grateful to John, the plumber who led the project. He was kind and professional every step of the way. After seeing the videos with the roots, I expected to be given a sales pitch on pipe re-lining but that never happened.

Plumber of Tucson is now saved in my phone contacts and they will definitely be the first I call if I have any issues in the future.

This company is absolutely dishonest, completely without integrity.
They were supposed to be at my home at 10am.
When they didn't show up, I called at 12 Noon. They acted completely nonchalant
About the fact they were late, told me they were at lunch and promised
to be at my home within an hour. They no-showed. When I shared this story with
a friend, they reported that Arco Plumbers had cheated several people on their service ...
Lowballing an estimate and charging much more once they arrived.

So let's add it all up: Liars, cheats, people without integrity or honesty.

My recommendation: Do NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT hiring these guys.

The plumber who attended my premises was very punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. He recognized the problem and fixed it very quickly and left the place tidy. He also provided expert advice on cost-saving options. I am very pleased with their services and results and I highly recommend Taz Plumbing Professionals.

First let me say that All In Plumbing did not do anything at my home. This was because they stopped returning my calls and texts. Extremely unprofessional. They had contacted me from a business referral site and said they were interested in the job. I called and scheduled a meeting with Cesar. He came to my home and said they could do the job and would provide me with an estimate in a few days. After weeks of waiting Cesar failed to provide me an estimate. I contacted their office and was told that Cesar or Derrek would call me within a hour. That never happened. I think they never intended to the job. Cesar was a waste of time and energy and neither him or Derrek ever returns calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other plumbers in Tucson that will treat you much better.

After realizing that we as DIYers are not plumbers after spending 8 hours to try to fix a leak, we called Roto Rooter - it’s a Sunday at 6pm (not the best time to be needing a plumber!). They had our tech call us within 15 minutes and he was here within half an hour. Will was our tech and he is absolutely amazing! Super professional, knowledgeable and a decent human - we loved having him help us! Even with the overtime charge, the price was very reasonable and the best part - we don’t have a leak anymore!! When we have any future plumbing projects, we’ll definitely be calling him. Thank you so much!!!

My husband and I had the luck of having to replace all the sewer pipes in our house due to age and them collapsing. It was stressful even to fathom. We had several companies out for an estimate. Sergio’s (On the way plumbing) estimate was the most reasonable and had the fastest turn around time. I am so grateful that we decided to go with Sergio. He was kind and professional. He did a great job and treated our home with the utmost of care. He kept us updated the whole way through the process. He even treated my dog with kindness. I would 100% recommend Sergio to do any work you need.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I scheduled an installation with Whitton because they originally installed the plumbing and it was coordinated with the builder. The scheduling finally happened after much hassle just getting a response back. Then the tech showed up with a handful of excuses asking to not do the job or reschedule (it’s too hot, it will take all day, etc - ummm yea, it’s a water softener install...). Then he and another individual spent an hour identifying all the reasons they couldn’t do the work so that they could leave and go to other jobs that didn’t require them to be in an attic. This was followed by a call from one of the job coordinators telling me how busy they are doing builder warranty work. Bottom line is Whitton doesn’t want my business or your business. They don’t want the work. Don’t bother calling them. Very shady group of individuals.
