Cut off water to my complex three times this past week. The third time I was in the middle of a shower. When my wife called to ask why we were never notified they would be shutting of the water there office girl was extremely rude to her. Altho the tech got the water back on pretty quick, the rude tone from the office staff was very unfortunate.

Picture Rocks arrived on-time, installed the new thermostats and cleaned the units for us efficiently and it was easy to work with them.

I called this company when water heater wouldn’t work. They showed up the same day and told me that they could drain and fix or replace. My budget was tight so I asked which was cheaper. They worked with me and took care of the problem and stayed in my budget. I now have hot water and a good company to refer all my neighbors and friends to. I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

In the past month the crew at Paul Davis has assisted me in completing 2 projects at an apartment community I manage. They have been very professional to work with and the workmanship on the completed projects is wonderful! While I cannot say I look forward to the next unfortunate event to happen; I can tell you that Gerardo in their office and Pio and Kent in the field will be the first call I make for the restoration!!

I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

This review is long overdue. I have used Pioneer Plumbing for several years now. They always show up on time and never fail to resolve the issue. They are transparent when explaining what additional work may need to be completed and their service reps are always polite and knowledgeable. Also, someone always answers the phone and if you have an emergency they'll do their best to get someone out to the property asap. The last technician that worked on the property, Raul Hernandez, updated me continuously as to the problems he found and what solutions could be taken. Additionally, this was an after-hours call and he called again in the morning as he said he would to inform me of the next step. I definitely recommend this company.

Austin was very responsive and provided a professional assessment of my sewer issues, clearly laying out a course of action and providing a detailed quote. The work was performed unattended by me, since I was still shuttling back and forth between my properties. Austin provided photos of the in-process condition and also the finished project.
