I had to call drain masters after my drains started backing up in my showers. Zack and Marshall came today and arrived in the time window I was given. They were both professional, kind and efficient. I highly recommend!

I was referred by some friends and was pleased when the tech came and replaced our toilet. We then needed to have a gas meter moved to a different location. This required up to code pipe and fittings and an inspection by the city, before Southwest gas would come and relocate the meter. The work was done and the tech installed all new pipes to the point where SW gas would tie in. After this work, I was told by the Al Coronado tech that I could then call SW gas so they could do their work. So I called SW gas and a relocation tech came out and I signed a contract and paid a fee for relocating the main gas pipe and moving the meter. So a few weeks later SW gas called and said they would be out to do the work. SW showed up and did the work, but when it came time for their plumber to connect to the house line they needed to see the inspection that all was up to code. It was then up to me to call AC and obtain a copy of a successful inspection and then the SW plumber could hook us up. After several calls between AC and SW, it turned out that Al Coronado never followed up with the inspection. So, SW gas could not restore gas service without a valid inspection. To say we were upset at this disconnect between SW gas and AC is an understatement. As I was told by AC that once the house line was in place, all I had to do was call SW gas and have them come out and then give AC a call when this was being done and I did on the day that SW gas did the work. Now all this grieve and the headache of having to be told by SW gas it was AC fault and then AC telling me that SW should not have started the work without the inspection in place….did eventually have a good outcome. It should be noted that all this happened on a Thursday and we thought there was no way to get the city, SW gas and AC to do the last minute inspection and we would be without gas for one of the coldest weekends in Tucson. Well we didn’t count on Andrew….who keep in constant contact and assured us he would get us gas the next day. Andrew was very professional, competent and made sure we knew he would get things fixed…..and he did. So, will I use Al Coronado again….a definitive YES, as ‘things happen’ and the way Andrew made sure we were made whole means more than one oversight. The mistake was fixed immediately and with a lot of apologies. So…the fours stars is only for this episode and not indicative of the previous service we had.

I called Tim on a Saturday he arrived with his daughter with in 15 minutes very polite, job was done within 2 minutes. Charged only for the call out. I'll use him again if I have to.

Brian and Don were excellent for our new water heater and water softener installation. Everything was done quickly and with lots of attention to detail as we had a limited space for the softener. Highly recommend and will use Dunn Plumbing again in the future!

Called the day before Thanksgiving and they came out exactly when they said they would. When they thought it couldn't be cleared, they kept on trying and got everything cleared for my guest to use the bathroom. Great job from great people.

Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.

We were having an issue were our kitchen sink and our washer would back up into our hallway bathtub. All other drains (bathroom sink, shower and toilets) would drain quickly and without an issue. Ben came out and diligently worked on the issue until he was able to clear the stoppage. His dedication, friendliness, and knowledge was refreshing. He listened to our description of the issue and paid special attention to make sure the issue was resolved. Ben is an asset to TAZ plumbing and I will highly recommend this company to anyone. This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! I have used Southern Arizona Plumbing, LLC for a couple of years now. They have completed countless sewer line inspections on behalf of clients as well as many repairs. The owner, Aaron, is Responsive, Kind, Knowledgeable , PROFESSIONAL and Respectful. His staff (from the office staff to the plumbers in the field) are AMAZING - they go out of their way to accommodate scheduling and repairs, they are willing to answer umpteen questions and they take their time to explain everything until the client is satisfied. I will continue to recommend them and their services to clients, friends, family, etc.
