Drain Masters was referred by our neighborhood Facebook page. Everyone has been courteous and they are prompt with their service calls and scheduled appointments. Zack and Pedro were out today to help us out with a faulty garbage disposal and leak in our laundry room. They answered questions and put up with our doggos. Would recommend all around!

AC stopped working, called and they had someone come over. The Electrician that was here at the same time, found the problem with the fuses. So there was no work for the AC Gentleman. I felt super guilty that there was no work for him to do and he did not even charge me a call out fee. The technician was really nice and showed me exactly what the electrician had been talking about and how it had happened. I will be using this company again. Very well done, thank you

Gabriel, a plumber from Intelligent Design, came out to assess a severe low water pressure problem with the whole house. There was no leak found between the water meter and the house, but Gabriel dug up the water meter and found a rusted connection and shutoff valve.The pipe and valve were replaced the next day, and we now have good water pressure. Great job Gabriel! Very professional yet friendly and kept us informed of the progress in timely intervals.Would love to work with Gabriel if and when we have any further need of his assistance. Highly recommend!

We had a significant leak, found it late on Friday. They had a leak detector out on Saturday. The other company could not get someone out for over 10 days. We are grateful.
