Best Sewer System in Tucson AZ

Nate was our plumber he did a wonderful job our sewer is completely brand new and it’s wonderfully working well he’s a master plumber.

Amazing job and great customer service. Had questions and they will definitely answer and if needed come out immediately to provide great service.

They give me a timeframe for came in to my house, and they showed up. The person was fast and knowledgeable. Hi found the problem fast and give us all information needed. Bring a portable A/C, while they fix ours! They did a clean job! Thank you so much for help us so fast and respectful manner!!!

I have a leak from the upstairs bathroom and it is surfacing in the ceiling of the garage. Joseph cameout, decided I needed a restoration company. He didn't open any part of the ceiling. He called a company of his choosing and left, not doing anything to see where the leak is coming from. His restoration company left me uneasy so I choose not to use them and use one my homeowners insurance uses. This disturbed Joseph to the point of trying to bully me to use his company.
He came back out to find he didn't have access to the plumbing and was going to vharge me more money to cut the drywall. My homeowners warranty pays the but he was insisting I had to p a y more. He walked off the job without ever doing any work. This company's technician is one not to have for your plumbing needs.

The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. Warning! Scam! Do Not use this company. They will book an appointment just so you do not call another company. Then you are at their mercy. They texted me saying they came at 9:00 am, (or did they?) an hour and a half before the scheduled 10:30 to 2:00pm window, and because I was not there, they left. I called them at 10:30 after getting texts from them about how Happy, Happy, Happy I will be from their great service, and one asking to review them? They informed me they could schedule a new appointment around 6 pm. The call center just gave me the run around, would not let me talk to a supervisor or give me a direct number, they did put me on hold for 10 minutes, hoping I would hang up. If a company won't publish the real phone number, it's a red flag. what are they afraid of? Don't fall for all the fake reviews on google like I did, if they were as great as they say they are, why hide behind a call center? Now I am very worried about them having my Credit Card number. Save your money, there are better companies out there for sure, and probably have a better price too! If there is an actual person that still runs this company, that cares, you have recordings of all calls, listen to them, and if you feel you did anything that I should be Happy about, I will remove this post, and all the ones I am going to post in the next few hours! Funny, after being put on hold forever, for the second time, A girl came back on the line and said she would give you all the information and you would call me. I guess that was a lie too. Maybe you should hire better people across the board? At this point, If I was a customer of yours with a warranty, I would be scared. You may want to remind them to make sure they push the hold button all the way, before talking poorly about a paying customer.
