I have been a client for years - he has repaired and replaced everything in both my rentals and my home from water shut off valves (yesterday), to leaking water heaters, to trenching the front yard and replacing a pipe that was shooting a fountain of water in the yard. I trust him to be fair, honest, on time, and fix things right the first time.

Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

I called about a leaky sink. Erwin (from Cummings) was here the next day. Found the leak and advised about general damage to the under-cabinet. Erwin will return when parts arrive. He also took the time to contact a restoration company for me. Very professional. I have used Cummings in the past and will continue to do so.

We had a shower/tub faucet leaking. Rick from Affordable Plumming said he would be here at 9am Monday. He was here at 8:57. The worst scenario was the valve in the wall would have to be replaced. He would either have to remove tiles or cut a whole in the drywall on the other side. Then we would have to pay someone else to come repair the tiles or the wall. When he looked at it he realized it wasn't the valve in the wall but was the tub spout leaking. Rick went and got a new spout and that was that. Sweet and simple. We were very thankful he was honest and didn't RIP us off. He said they don't don't believe in taking money that's not necessary because they work ONLY by word of mouth. We value that kind of honesty and highly recommend Affordable Plumming. Rick was great.

The costing is quite good. They have always been prompt in their responses to help queries. I'd like to strongly recommend them.

Bill Fernandez came to our home to repair a toilet issue that although it had already been checked by other plumbers, the problem persisted. Within minutes, Billy identified the problem and after explaining the issue and what he would need to do, quickly worked at repairing the problem. I had a nasty clog that was causing my kitchen and bathroom sinks to backup with some pretty disgusting water. A friend of mine spoke highly of them, so I called Pioneer Plumbing for help. The office personnel were very polite and answered all my questions. I received a courtesy call a couple hours later from the tech to let me know he was on his way to my house. The plumber, Cassius, showed up and wasted no time in locating what was causing the clog. He successfully fixed the problem and was patient enough to answer all my questions about what was going on behind the drywall. All-in-all, very pleased with Cassius and the rest of the team at Pioneer. Five Star service for sure!!!

We used this company and now we have an issue in the same vicinity and they won’t come out and give us a quote without charging us. This is after they told us they’d be there in the morning and did not show up. Every person we talked to was rude (starting w/the girl who answers the phone & others) and dismissive. We called two other plumbing companies and were treated courteously. They both came out and gave us quotes and they are not the ones who did a previous job in the same area.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
