Had an issue in one of our rooms. DrainMasters came out to fix the issue. The issue happened again. Ricardo came out right away without hesitation and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Would most certainly call DrainMasters again.

Kyle showed up on time and explained the process and price of a whole house water filtration system. We decided which system to go with and less than a week later it was all done! He was very easy to work with, was quite professional, worked quickly, answered all of our questions, and checked back to make sure everything was running smoothly. Far to many details to discuss ..I’m a realtor and I set very specific expectations with this vendor well before service was rendered it took 10 days lead time to get vendor on property none of the instructions were followed there was a blatant bait and switch tactic used by the money hungry tech a lot of dismissive arguments. Spoke to Managment thinking all was going to be corrected was promised a reschedule visit and invoice knowing that time was of the essence for an inspection as the home was under contract and the repair to a/c was directly related to the success of the inspection .No invoice was sent until today 4 days later and no follow up rescheduled appointment and no specific verbiage was included in invoice as discussed .... haha basically NOTHING was as discussed this company is horrible and I work with a lot of vendors day to day in my profession ...this was a cursory level recap of the situation many details were left out to try and sum this up quicklySpend ur money with any other company

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

This company goes above and beyond. They had Marty come out on a Saturday to give me a quote for a new hot water heater and a separate leak. The prices were reasonable and Marty was very personable. They were able to schedule me right away and Marty the tech also answered all my questions. I am the type of person to have a lot of them. He even went out of his way to show me how to turn off the gas in an emergency(I have never lived in a home with gas so I didn't know). I can't say enough good things about this company.

The costing is quite good. They have always been prompt in their responses to help queries. I'd like to strongly recommend them.

Scheduled at 9:30PM, they were there at 8:30AM the next day for emergency service on a drain block that affected the entire house. They took me on a guided tour of the line with a camera (which was a first despite a few plumbers before), fixed the blockage, and augured the whole pipe in about an hour. They were awesome people, very polite and professional. Sadie club is absolutely worth the subscription fee. My only regret is not calling them sooner. I look forward to being a life long customer.

Anthony was able to repair the leak underneath my foundation, he has all the tools necessary and did a fantastic job with containment. I will use again and recommend to anybody looking for great customer service with quality work.
