I sent them several text questions regarding a leak I needed to have repaired. They never responded.

Another company, Taz Plumbing, called back within 5 minutes and was out to do the repair, on a Saturday, within an hour.

What a difference between the two companies!

Horrible experience I wish I never called them . Spent over 20k to fix a leak problem but still had the leak! It was a $20 fix that my contractor fixed for me a simple fix behind the shower handles was all I needed them. I paid a company to pin point the leak and confirmed it was the shower heads but goettl insisted it was my pipes . I was assured by goettl i needed my house re-piped to fix the leak. We also Had the ac unit replaced but it doesn't cool my bedroom. I was told to invest in aa mini-spli after spending another 17k Run far from this company!

Paul came when he said he would. Corrected both plugged drain problems and explained what he did . Very courteous. I will recommend him when asked. Thank you.

So professional and efficient from the get go. Setting up the appointment, got the call they were on the way as promised, they actually came a little early. Dwight was a pleasure to work with, he fixed both my problems very quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Cannot say enough good things.

Owning an older home has resulted in having numerous plumbing issues. I’ve called Drain Medics and worked with Austin on a number of occasions to help with all sorts of issues. He’s helped with small tasks like replacing faucets to much larger tasks like unclogging our sewer line. Austin always responds in a timely manner and has the best prices in town. This company has been great we had a major issue with our plumbing and it was fixed right after the problem was diagnosed. They answer phone calls promptly and they follow up with any questions. When they say they will come they always come on time and always explain everything they need to do. Now that we own our home they will definitely be our go to plumber company. The owner is great and will help in any way possible if your home warranty or insurance isn't being helpful. The owner and all his employees have been very nice and helpful as well. We had 2 guys come and stay the whole day well into the night to get a big job done for us. I would highly recommend this company. On time and good customer service!!!!!!! Ryan, Joe, and Oscar worked as an incredible Team. These guys were as professional as it gets! Trustworthy and pleasant to be around. Ryan gave simple options to big problems. Joe and his helper Oscar Executed the job at hand with confidence and expertise. I would highly recommend Ram Plumbing.

Had them install our AC, Furnace and water heater about two years ago. At the time of install, they promised free servicing at the start of the next summer. Late next spring, I called, left messages and such, but no one got back to me, so I left them a bad review on Yelp. After that, they finally called me back, apologized and took care of what they promised, then asked that I remove the bad review. I did so, thinking OK, everyone has things that get in the way. They're probably OK. The excuse at that time was a new scheduling/billing system.

Last week (6/25/20) I called because our barely 2yr old AC wasn't cooling the house during the heat of the day. I was surprised to be informed that *all* work for the next several weeks was being done as overtime. The person answering the phone told me the next appointment at regular rates would be July 15. I took that to mean that they are charging time and a half until then.

I feel that, in the middle of the hottest season of the year, this is a form of price-gouging. I found another service shop and I won't be doing business with Williamson's again.

*NOTE: Nobody said We can only come after hours. All I was told was that all servicing until July 15 was overtime*. Nobody mentioned that they had staff out sick, only that they were really, really busy.

Our company was trying to schedule them for a sewer inspection. The coordinator was not able to give me a price, so we had Ramon come to see the place. It was a 6-plex building with 6 cleanouts. Ramon charged 150$ per unit. This is a very pricy service. Usually a service like this is charged by the hour. 900$ for a 6-plex is on the higher side. This review is not about the quality of work because we decided not to work with 360 plumbing! Ramon is a very friendly person.

I've been working with OTW Plumbing for about a year now. I've worked with several other plumbers previously, but was not satisfied and kept looking. Until I found Sergio and OTW, that is. He's skilled, knowledgeable and does excellent work. Also, very responsive and always on time. Very glad I found him.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!
