We’ve had to reach out multiple times this year for some issues with our toilets. Paul had come to help us each time and is very friendly in each occurrence. He introduces himself over phone call to let us know who is coming and plan a convenient time and is very prompt. He explains the issues he sees well and the possible solutions, and he always works very swiftly and leaves things better than he found them.

Curtis Plumbing has always done an amazing job at my house, whether it was something complex that required a high level of technical skill (it has been a few times), or more common stuff like clogged drains. I have to say I was a bit scared to call a plumber in Tucson...omg..the cost. But I hit pay dirt when a friend called Austin for me. He came to the house and did exactly what I wanted him to do...no pushing...no giving me guilt about not being able to do what he thinks I should have done. He simply did what was asked all while answering all my questions. He was informative, patient and really nice. I know I will need things done in the future and it gives me great relief to know I will be able to call Austin Sanchez and he will be there...what a joy...and no I am not a relative of his. As a veteran of the HVAC industry I am very pleased to give Williamson's A.C. in Tucson the best of ratings. They recently worked on my daughter's system in Oro Valley after another HVAC co. had been there numerous times just changing parts. Williamson's tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem correctly. The previous co. had put in the wrong parts and had charged exorbitant prices for those parts. Williamson's tech found that the unit was still under warranty, ordered the correct parts at no charge and installed them at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Williamson's to everyone needing service or installation.

Sal Cantua has saved the day for me twice in the last year. He is great!!! Roto Rooter can be proud that he is representing them.

All I can say is I wish there were more people like Ramon. I have so much respect for someone who takes pride in his work and goes beyond the normal to satisfy his customers. My AirB&B sprung a leak. They called me. I called him. Ramon had the water shut off and the problem diagnosed before I even got there. Less than half and hour. He then proceeded to go get new parts and fixed it NO CHARGE. In less than 2 hours. Too awesome Ramon!

Had a great experience. Needed some work done to replace our pressure regulator. While the plumber was looking at the work he made some suggestions that made sense that I liked.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!
