My mother in-law had a complete system installed by Intelligent Design and has been very happy with the results. When my seven year old system was not cooling this past weekend, I took her recommendation and contacted them. They came out the same day and were very professional and detail oriented. Our house was cooling again very quickly. We signed up for a two year maintenance plan to prevent another outage.

Thank you Rocky, for coming to fix yet another plumbing issue in recent crisis. Aarow Plumbing is honest, conscientious, and very responsive. Two plumbing crises in 2 weeks: a backed up toilet at my spa, Indigo Oasis, then a water heater in the fritz today. Whew, so glad to have them on my “team!”

They charged $320 for a half hour job changing valve for washer. I opened wall after spending 1/2 hour Turning coupling and I realized there were plastic tubing to the coupling. I had to have job done so I paid it. I will never call them back unless I receive some refund for doing prep work that was included in the cost. A supervisor called and said the flat fee won't change. That means they're charging over $600 an hour which I had the parts and so labor is around $400 a hour.

His communications and timeliness was spot on!!! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give him. We have used Curtis Plumbing for 2 huge projects- re-piping our entire gas lines, and more recently re-piping our entire irrigation system. I cannot say enough good things and Ken Curtis and his crew. They are smart, hard workers, extremely high quality, trustworthy, think before they cut and this was a complicated mess they straightened out in an old house. I've also used them for smaller projects- built in washing machine install, replace cartridges in nice faucets, etc. You can't find better plumbers than these guys!

I know that when I call Day and Knight Plumbing and Drain, they will fix the problem with a smile, and sometimes a chuckle.
