Best Residential Plumbing Maintenance in Tucson AZ

Had an issue in one of our rooms. DrainMasters came out to fix the issue. The issue happened again. Ricardo came out right away without hesitation and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Would most certainly call DrainMasters again.

Daniel and Quincey repaired a ventilation issue in my attic. They were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. The final cost came out less than the quote because they were so efficient. That is a sign of honest employees working for a reputable company. Thank you for your integrity!

I just had Jr. from ID to my condo to fix my ac. He was knowledgeable, fast and solved the problem. He also went the extra mile and found that the part was still under warranty, so all I had to pay was labor!!! Great attitude and super helpful

Had them come in to check out a slow faucet. While Brandon was perfectly nice, he really just listened to my description of what was happening, glanced under the sink, then said I needed to re-pipe the whole house and gave me a quote for that. Had a couple other plumbers come in for second and third opinions/bids, and they both disagreed with his diagnosis. Hired one of them, who was able to find the clogged joint near the water heater and fix it for a tenth of the quoted cost to re-pipe the house. So yeah... just do your research.

Jeff was very professional and pleasant to work with. Everything was explained to us as he went along and told us what was needed and the cost associated with our repairs before he did any work. He never made us feel rushed even though our job required more time than was allotted. Very customer service oriented and I would recommend him to others needing air-conditioner work.

Anthony was great, he did an amazing and efficient job. He took less than an hour and fixed everything for us. He was very professional and had everything he needed. Price was reasonable and he has great customer service.

Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies!
