This repair turned out to be more extensive than expected. I am so grateful that Zack knew what to do to fix the problem. He explained what happened, why the toilet could not flush and he explained what needed to be done for him to complete the repair. Zack is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and takes pride in doing the job to perfection. He is also courteous and truly cares about helping people. I will certainly call DrainMasters in the future for other plumbing needs. Thank you for helping me.

Jake explained everything in great detail.They gave loaned us a room A/C to keep our bedroom cool-real lifesaver!They offer a lot of upgrades to consider and the sales end is well developed, so be prepared. Hands down the BEST customer service experience I've had in years...and I genuinely mean that. We had a plumber in our house for 2 days who was unable to unclog our drain, but MARK (with Goettl) was able to unclog our drain that other plumbers were not able too. He was in and out within an hour and a half, communicated everything he was doing and made recommendations for how to avoid further clogs without trying to upsell me. When Goettl says we do it the right way, not the easy way, they mean it. I can't thank MARK enough for his phenomenal experience and service.-Dani G

Updated Review 5/4/22 Had technician MATT from Curtis Plumbing come out to replace 3 Lavatory Faucets and a cartridge in the Tub/Shower turn on handle. He was professional and thorough . Did a great job and got us all updated. I highly recommend Curtis Plumbing.

Called Curtis Plumbing to schedule an appointment to have them come out and check a small slow water leak under the kitchen sink. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician ( Robert ) showed up on time, and was very professional and polite.
He discovered the leak in minutes and was able to fix the problem within 30-40 minutes. He had to replace a shut off water valve under the sink, in a tight place. He also double checked the other valve and fittings.
I have used Curtis Plumbing in the past, and they are always professional and reliable. Will use them again next time I have plumbing issues.

I foolishly called a competitor on Monday & told them I had a leak & they said they would be out on Tuesday. Then Wednesday came & went. Thursday came & went. I woke up this morning and called Day and Knight and was told they will try to be here between 9:00 and noon! TODAY!!! 😀🤯🤞
That was phenomenal!
Then Austin was at my door at 9:02! Really!! Best day ever! 👍👍
He quickly went to work & fixed the problem then cleaned up the mess I had made and was out of here in less than 2 hours!!
I could not be happier except that I waited so long to call them!

$100 service charge for Sat and won't give an estimate for the cost of blowing out an HVAC condensation line, which is a very common problem. I'll pass.
