Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

One of the best plumbing companies around. My water heater blew and I am new to the area, i didn't know who to call, i did my research online and saw Tucson plumbing has great rating with the BBB and on yelp. I called they came the same day within hours, the technician was respectful, and very thorough. He explained everything in detail and fixed my leaking water heater for a great price.

Unfortunately being a home owner sometimes has its downside....especially if you have an older home. I ran into some main drain back up issues spilling into my shower! Silverado plumbing was suggested to me from a friend. Today I had the opportunity to meet Jack Manning who responded to my emergency call. Jack listened to all the details which I provided and thanked me for my input. Jack was extremely professional and talked me through everything that he was going to do. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciated all the information which he provided.

This company is absolutely dishonest, completely without integrity.
They were supposed to be at my home at 10am.
When they didn't show up, I called at 12 Noon. They acted completely nonchalant
About the fact they were late, told me they were at lunch and promised
to be at my home within an hour. They no-showed. When I shared this story with
a friend, they reported that Arco Plumbers had cheated several people on their service ...
Lowballing an estimate and charging much more once they arrived.

So let's add it all up: Liars, cheats, people without integrity or honesty.

My recommendation: Do NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT hiring these guys.

Bob was great during the quoting process and gave me exactly what I asked for. I may not have them do the job but the quoting interaction was at least very nice and professional.

After a lengthy search on Google for reviews of plumbers, I happened upon Affordable Plumbing. This company is very highly rated by reviewers, which is why I decided to call them. Serge was my technician that came out. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He repaired my “squeaky” bathtub faucet and leaking dishwasher water valve in no time. When I received the bill, I was shocked because it was indeed affordable! If I have any future plumbing needs I will definitely call this company and you should as well if you have plumbing issues. You will not be disappointed.
