On a Sunday, my 2 year old AC system failed. Monday morning, Carlos came out and diagnosed a burnt out blower motor. He said they would have to get one ordered as they did not have one readily on hand. The next day, Carlos and another technician arrived with a replacement motor; however, after attempting to install it, the motor was determined to be a bad fit for my system and they would have to order the correct replacement. I never heard anything back from the company until two days later when I called to find out what was happening. I was told the part was on a UPS truck and they would inform me when it arrived. Later that day my wife and I became concerned as the heat of the day was making our house too warm so I called and got the number for the business owner. I finally got to talk to Mr. Cummings around 5 PM and he was very apologetic and assured me his people would take care of everything the next day. Friday, we heard nothing until I called in the early afternoon only to be told they could not locate the part, but would send over two portable AC units to cool my house down until they could find the part. Around 5 PM, Carlos and the other technician showed up with the correct part (we never did get the portable AC units) and they were finished installing the new motor very quickly, then they left just as quickly. They never looked at my compressor, or my thermostat, just left! The temp in my house at that time was 78 degrees. After waiting a couple of hours, I rechecked my thermostat and it now read 79 degrees! I called the company and they sent out a different technician who said he had to re-wire the system as something had been changed during the motor remount, and that the system would have never run the way they left it.

This is the best plumbing company out there! As a real estate investor we are always looking for a reliable plumber that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. This is the team! Thank you so much for everything ☺️

We had a gas leak last year during the cold weather and everyone from Plumber of Tucson did their best and fastest to get us reconnected.They went out of their way and worked long hours.
Later we had an issue and they immediately showed up.Every one was professional and polite and even tolerated our new puppy.

From the beginning of the project of installing a new sewer line and clean out, they guided me through the process and gave me piece of mind that the work would be done to my high expectations. With this job they had to dig up a trench and break into the concrete, but his crew not only performed professional quality work, they’re craftsman and do things the correct way. There are also not many plumbing companies that can do complete jobs like they did—putting the front yard back to normal after the dig and doing concrete work to my carport. While working they kept the area clean and were super friendly and knowledgeable when I asked them several questions. They will be the first to call again if I need any plumbing work done.
