Mike , came out today and unclogged my kitchen sink. He gave me options on how to do and it was done in no time. Highly recommend this company !!

We are so happy with their service!! We called and got a team to give us a quote the next day for a new ac/heating system (very comparable and fair compared to other companies who quoted us) - and they were able to get us installed right on our timeframe! Daniel and Quincy were extremely professional, worked all day and even worked through several problems that we had no idea we had throughout our installation. Shiloh and his team also stopped by and were able to provide help and support throughout the day. They were very friendly and explained everything to us in a way we could understand! Will definitely be calling them again! We are so happy with our new system!!

Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

These guys are fantastic, got out to my home within a couple hours and located my main sewer line clean-out T with a camera with builtin locator, cleaned out the roots in the line and added a riser to my clean-out so it's no longer buried. Gave me a few requested pics off the the cam's SD card and marked in my yard where the problem was. Great fair price and now I finally know where the dang clean-out is located!

John and Francesco did the repairs on my bathtub. They were friendly and clean. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the process was from start to finish. I have to admit I was skeptical at first because my original appointment did not Happen as scheduled. But that had nothing to do with John and Francesco. They redeemed my faith in the company for sure.

Knight Owl has great customer service! He came out late night and was able to fix our sewer problem. I would highly recommend him.

Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies! We had a big leak and called Al. They were there ASAP. Kevin K gave me a great quote and explained the problem so I could understand. I had a temperory fix in no time. Kevin had everything scheduled and fixed just as he said he would. Russindo & Rob were very friendly and did a great job on the repairs, It looked like they were never there. I would highly recommend and use Al Coronado again.

We used this company and now we have an issue in the same vicinity and they won’t come out and give us a quote without charging us. This is after they told us they’d be there in the morning and did not show up. Every person we talked to was rude (starting w/the girl who answers the phone & others) and dismissive. We called two other plumbing companies and were treated courteously. They both came out and gave us quotes and they are not the ones who did a previous job in the same area.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
