After having my water heater go out Fusion came by the next morning. He listed my options and gave me a fair estimate. After I chose a direction The tech left to get the equipment needed and returned a short time later. Within 4 hours I had a complete new system. It looks great and works better!

Called them out for a preventative maintenance check-up of our system. The tech that came out, Efrain, was on time and very willing to explain and demonstrate what he was doing and checking. He was careful with my system, taking care not to damage anything else around it. He was able quickly install a couple of needed capacitors during the visit.

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

I called Cummings for clogged kitchen sink drain I was quoted at $150. A plumber came over and spent 2 hours snaking the drain from the vent on the roof. After 2 hours the drain was unclogged but water was very slow going down. I would run my water for less 10 seconds and then it was back up again. So then he recommends I buy a drain opener from him for $60 and it should clear up the drain completely over a course of a few months. Fast forward a few months, the drain is now completely clogged again. Total charge for the work and cleaner was $263.I was not going to pay over $200 again for work that maybe get fix. I'm no plumber, but I took the pipes apart myself and looked down the main pipe and sure enough there a was big clog of grease. I unclogged it with a $25 drain snake at home depot and ran a $10 drain cleaner with hot water and now it works like a perfect. Getting a little dirty and $35, problem fixed. Cummings Plumbings are probably professionals, but are lazy to do work the right way, I would NEVER call them again for any work. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about Cummings to look else where.

I set an appointment with Angelo for Saturday morning at 9 a.m. He arrived promptly, and went to work immediately. One of the items had the potential to become a Pandora's Box. His recommendation was to wait until it became a true issue rather than to open the box. I really appreciated his approach, allowing me to be part of the conversation. I can plan for a larger expense when the issue does occur further down the road. He repaired the valves in my shower, and replaced screens in 3 of the sinks in my home. He also suggested that I had the water heater set much higher than it needed to be, and it could be turned down which will save me money! Speaking of money, he was very fair in his pricing. He is a partner in your plumbing issues, and I will most definitely use his services again.

I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company.
