Joshua was a fantastic technician! He was very professional and answered all of our questions. We needed a new gas line plumbed for our laundry room. Joshua came in and gave us an estimate and told us the work could be completed the same day. He worked quickly and and efficiently and it is as if nothing had even happened to the laundry room wall. We have nothing but great things to say about his work and kindness!

Right when the heat started to pick up, my a/c unit capacitor gave out. They were able to have a tech come the next day to diagnose the issue. Jesus Pacheco was my tech and was quick in discovering the root cause and replacing it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! He is extremely competent and professional, and is great about explaining all of the alternatives and their pros and cons. His prices are reasonable as well. I hired BioRemedies to do a Video inspection on the sewer lines of the home my fiancé and I were in the process of purchasing. While this service is not part of the traditional home inspection we (and our realtor) felt that it was important to do for our peace of mind before finalizing the purchase. The company was prompt and efficient and Ken even followed up with me personally to let me know everything looked good! I highly recommend this service for new home buyers! The cost far outweighs the benefit should problems be found !

Had a very bad experience with the company today, I would not recommend this company. Did not provide an accurate quote, and customer service from the office is very poor. Stated they would call me back with a resolution, never returned the call. Very Unprofessional.

Gary C showed up and was nice but his bid was far to expensive to consider accepting.And when he arrived he put covering on his feet but then when he left he walked thru my bedroom and thru the house to the back door where he took off his plastic feet coverings.
