He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

We've done business with Pioneer Plumbing numerous times and have not had issues. Today they missed the appointment entirely and then when I called in to find out where they were, I was told they won't honor the appointments they set unless they get additional confirmations leading up to the appointment.

Worse than the procedure is that attitude on the phone. They set an appointment, didn't honor it, and then blamed that on me.

Do not set appointments if you are not going to honor them. I did not agree to make myself available via phone prior to the appointment for endless confirmations. Show up when you say you're going to show up. Period.

I cannot recommend this company enough. This is the first google review I’ve ever done, but I’m writing it immediately because I am so impressed. As a first time homeowner, my husband and I were a bit lost on what to do with our first plumbing issue. I called Rogiers based on a friend’s recommendation and I was so glad I did. Julie answered the phone and was so incredibly kind. I called around 8:30 in the morning and explained the issue we were having and said I was hoping someone could come out the same day. They were at my house within an hour and by 9:45, the problem was fixed. My husband and I feared it would be really expensive, especially since it was an emergency-type situation where they had to come quickly. It was extremely reasonable - I couldn’t believe my husband when he told me how much it was. Based on reviews of other companies, other places would have charged 3-4 times as much. It’s so hard to find companies where they actually care about customer and we really felt cared for. Next time we have a plumbing issue, we will definitely be calling Rogiers.

Beyond professional and courteous. They took time to explain everything they were doing. Went beyond my expectations, highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing done.

Our plumber, Scott, was knowledgeable and accommodating. When the sink and faucet didn’t fit perfectly, he made it so by problem-solving a solution. I especially appreciated him identifying issues and offering solutions without “selling” me something I didn’t need. I would call Curtis again without hesitation.

I called Al Coronado Plumbing this afternoon and spoke to Michelle. Their staff is so pleasant and happy to help you. I had an appointment for the next day but they called back within 30 minutes and was able to come over same day to check on a plumbing issue. Neils was our technician. He was very professional and pleasant. He spent the extra time to go over our options. He did everything he could to locate the problem.
