I've had a terrible time with the company Air Tropics. Rude workers, no shows, NEVER come out same day. This company however, I called at 6:30 at night. Showed within 30 minutes. Fixed my a/c. Charged a reasonable price and provided great service. I'd recommend them any day.

George at Zing Plumbing is amazing! His professional attitude, quality workmanship and excellent customer service sets him apart from any plumber I have ever dealt with. I have used Zing plumbing quite a few times and have been absolutely pleased with every aspect of the work.

The technician, Todd was a pleasure to work with, in fact, he is the best by far, that I have worked with in the HVAC arena. He wanted to make sure I fully understood what he was doing & why. Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

First the good news. I discovered our hot water tank leaking at 1am and we had company coming in 2 days. I called Cummings when they opened and they were able to get me an appointment at 2pm that same day. They arrived promptly and confirmed it needed to be replaced. I give them high marks for responsiveness. Now the bad news. The estimate to replace was a big number and only when I balked did they offer a 5% reduction for being a repeat customer, which they knew I was before the initial estimate. Didn't offer it before. I asked for the cost of the heater itself as part of the estimate and was told the job was a flat rate with no itemization. I was in a bind time wise so told them to go ahead. There were alot of dirty smudges on the hallway wall when they finished and we haven't been able to get the wall clean. They had turned the furnace off but didn't restart it or tell me it was off. I discovered this as the house got colder. I think the total cost was high, but I don't have other estimates to verify that.

Be careful when shopping at this business. My wife and I bought a pair of dance shoes. My wife changed her mind and never took them out of the box. I attempted to reurn them and I was told there is no return on dance shoes even though they were never worn.

I reminded the sales associate that she told both of us that we could return them if they did not fit well. She claimed that she said we could return them for an exchange only. I told her that I did not remember her saying this.

I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to come out and talk me. The sales associate told me that I should have read the receipt (very small print) when I purchased the shoes.

The bottom line is that they did not care about customer satisfaction. The sales associate was extremely rude and uncaring.

I will never enter this store again.

Received a phone call from Temperature Control offering a complimentary inspection. The service person Efrain was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had a lot of information about my unit. During the inspection we found that there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. The cost associated with the repair seemed very reasonable. He also explained that they have a maintenance plan, which once again seemed fairly reasonable. Overall, a good experience.

I called Affordable Plumbing for a number of small projects that needed to be fixed. Angelo was very pleasant, and said that it would be no problem. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very fast with the repairs, and he cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell that anything was done. I will surely be calling Angelo back should I need any further plumbing work done!!!

The man was extremely efficient and was happy to carefully walk us through what problems he had found. Good job!

David was very thorough. He got our a.c. fixed in a timely manner and even adjusted it for us so the rest of our rooms get cool.
