Called for a simple dripping bathroom faucet and a running toilet. The guy came and gave me a $3000 bid to replace 3 toilets and my bathroom faucet. My house is only 9 years old! I really feel like he was trying to scam me!

I called Intelligent Design in the morning and asked if there was any hope of a service call on the same day. The service rep asked if the situation was an emergency and I had to honestly say no. They has several emergencies at the time but they would try to get to get a technician out. At approximately 4:00 PM two technicians were at my door. They took pictures of the problem with the ac unit so there was no doubt of the reason for the failure. They had part they needed and the air conditioner running in 20 minutes. The Techs were just great. The price of repair was reasonable. They had to clean the evap coils and replace the inline current controller. I will of course call them if we have another problem with our A C

I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

Terrible company, came out multiple times and used hydro jetting to clear my sewer lines and then tried to say I needed a $16K fix for a damaged line when it kept backing up. I used another company and they resolved the issue in one visit without trying to scam me.

Had polybutylene pipes in the home we bought in Green Valley, he disconnected them and installed pex piping. He was the lowest bid and also the most detailed bid. They were fast and efficient, and did a great job.

Really grateful for the thorough and expeditious service from American Leak Detection. Shawna was super helpful over the phone and managed to creatively get someone out same-day for my outdoor plumbing leak. Seth was professional, incredibly thorough and frankly a delight to have around. He was pretty sure he knew exactly what was going on, but it didn't stop him from ruling out every single other possibility. Plumbing repairs are so expensive, by hiring him/them- I am now able to shop around for a more realistic bid since there's no padding the estimate for exploration. So grateful, highly recommend!

This place charge me 260.00 for 20 minutes of work on my plastic pieces under my kitchen sink and all I needed was 2 seals they stole from and older woman they are not to be trusted at all horrible

Plumber of Tucson was contacted for an estimate for mold remediation. They responded quickly and professionally in providing an estimate for the work and were very flexible in scheduling so I could coordinate their work with another contractor (roofer) when delays were encountered due to rain. When the damaged roof/deck area was opened and exposed for evaluation, no mold was found and ultimately, Plumber of Tucson was not needed.
