I had a sink drain back up at my business about a month ago. I called George and he was out of town, but reccomended someone else. The company phone representative was very respectful and responsive to my air conditioning problem. I had a competitor who offered a special maintenance price come out the day before and after service, my unit did not work. Intelligent Design came out the same day and accommodated my work schedule. Jonathon was Respectful, Knowledgeable, and Quick to find the issues. Thank you Johnathon, it can be difficult to trust a new company but you made it easy.

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

Dedicated technicians that saw the job through. Some roadblocks in initial plan but the techs worked with me for alternate ideas and concensuous of how to proceed. Very polite and personable youn men!
