Cale and team were probably the most responsive plumbing service we have ever used. Had a leak under our garage floor on news day and they immediately came out inspected and started the process. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend them.

My air conditioner went down during the middle of July and after researching different companies I decided to give Intelligent Design a call. Receptionist was very helpful and was able to send a technician within the afternoon. Robert S. arrived and shortly diagnosed the problem and had me up and running within a few hours. Brandon, Mark, Hector, Julian & Aaron were the gentleman that installed a new main water line to the house. They were easy to work with & were here when they said they would be. They leftover the yard like they found it.

Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. Hung up and that was that. If you’re looking for a rude and grumpy plumber you’ve found him here at this place! Good luck.

Reply to reply: Yes Sir you did hang up on me and told me you didn't have time to talk today. I did not call you the day you read my post, I had called several days prior, on a Tuesday. You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.

Johnny was very professional.
He advised that one unit was low on R-22 coolant which would lower the A/C efficiency of my 22 year old system. I was ready to have him add some coolant until I asked how much it would cost and was told $375.00 per pound.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
