Best Plumbing Remodel in Tucson AZ

I experienced a small leak within the wall of my master bedroom. My insurance company used a service to get these guys out here. They were at my home within 2 hours and immediately put their machines to work. These guys move quick. Soon the leak detection company was there, the plumber soon after. We were up and running within a day and the dry-out complete within two days. Thanks Paul!!! Oh yeah the insurance adjuster and the service they use were also terrific.

We've done business with Pioneer Plumbing numerous times and have not had issues. Today they missed the appointment entirely and then when I called in to find out where they were, I was told they won't honor the appointments they set unless they get additional confirmations leading up to the appointment.

Worse than the procedure is that attitude on the phone. They set an appointment, didn't honor it, and then blamed that on me.

Do not set appointments if you are not going to honor them. I did not agree to make myself available via phone prior to the appointment for endless confirmations. Show up when you say you're going to show up. Period.

I waved to one of the guys as they passed us on the road and he held up a cigarette and flipped us off 😂

Matt replaced the backflow preventer and the shut-off valve quickly and professionally.

Jim came out and was so professional and ruled out a couple issues. Will have to come back to do a smoke test. So grateful for getting me on the schedule so quickly. You are all very appreciated.

Sunday after Thanksgiving and both toilets backing up into tubs😟 Called Al Coronado Plumbing and Andy came out in a few hours. Professional and analyzed and took care of the problem. Very happy customers!😅

Great Service, Good Value for the Buck.

This company has been great we had a major issue with our plumbing and it was fixed right after the problem was diagnosed. They answer phone calls promptly and they follow up with any questions. When they say they will come they always come on time and always explain everything they need to do. Now that we own our home they will definitely be our go to plumber company. The owner is great and will help in any way possible if your home warranty or insurance isn't being helpful. The owner and all his employees have been very nice and helpful as well. We had 2 guys come and stay the whole day well into the night to get a big job done for us. I would highly recommend this company. On time and good customer service!!!!!!!
