Best Plumbing Job in Tucson AZ

I found my sewer system was plugged and called another plumber. They could not come to my house for 8 days unless I paid an emergency fee. I called Drain Masters and they were at my home in about 45 minutes. Zach G and his apprentice quickly fixed the problem, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and had my problem fixed quickly. I will never call another plumbing business. Thank you!

Zing Plumbing is great! His tools, supplies and parts are well organized and ready to hand. George was efficient, worked with purpose, didn't waste any time, and cleaned up carefully after he finished each task. He is knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. The charges were reasonable. I'll happily have Zing Plumbing do the rest of my old house plumbing punchlist!

Roy, my tech, was awesome! He was great at communicating with me. He figured out the problem and quickly fixed it. Great experience from start to finish!

My son had used this company privately for his house so when we had issues at our apartment complex we called them up. Just like Andrew's experience they were prompt, polite, and the cost was very competitive. We have used them twice, once for a sewer issue and once for a fresh water leak- they will definitely receive our call when the need arises in the future!

Called about a problem. Upfront about the costs related to labor and truck charge. Mike was very friendly, showed up early and finished the work in a timely manner. The only thing I would have negative to say is that in removing insulation on pipes and not having any to replace it with on the truck. I can go to Ace and get it myself for much cheaper, so not a huge issue. I would definitely recommend to others

I was so impressed with the service representative that was here last week. He was so professional, knowledgeable and an asset to your company. If all your repair men are a nice and capable as the one that was here, you have a team to be proud of.

When I first called Al Coronado Plumbing, I was freaking out because I was out of town and had just been notified by the water company that we had a massive leak in our main line. The dispatcher, Jaycee, immediately calmed my nerves. She assured me that the job would be taken care of in my absence, and even offered same day service. She was a consummate professional, and very knowledgeable and friendly. The plumber, Eli Mann, called as soon as he got to our home. He exceeded my expectations by miles. He was also super knowledgeable, and very friendly. Eli immediately identified the cause of the leak, communicating clearly, in a language that a lay person would have no trouble understanding. He continued to communicate with us throughout the repair, making sure that we understood and approved of all charges and repairs before they were completed. The level of professionalism was incredibly reassuring, especially since we were out of town. I have used plumbers before, but never like Al Coronado's Eli, and Jaycee. I will use them exclusively from now on. Thank you so very much!

Good communication but due to the fact that Swanson is extremely busy and is a 2 person company his lack of availability earns him 1 star. No matter how competent a plumber he is if your Not available then what is the alternative in case of an emergency or routine repair? Wait? Or hire another skilled plumber who is available!!!

I wish to provide some very positive feedback for Angelo Vassallo, the proprietor of Affordable Plumbing of Oro Valley:

Angelo has displayed a very high degree of honesty and integrity in an industry which does not always live up to those standards.

The very first time I called him, even though he was in the middle of a job, Angelo immediately answered his phone and not only took the time to diagnose the plumbing issue I described, but he also gave me an estimate right on the spot. What made it truly amazing is that his estimate (and what he ultimately charged me) was $100 (parts and labor); the next closest estimate was $250 for the same exact job. I even got one at over $300.

At that point, I knew I was dealing with a fair and honest man. But, even better, he made time in his schedule to repair the leak that same afternoon. No one else even attempted to provide that level of service. He not only showed up on time as promised, he also called me while on his way to confirm the appointment time.

Angelo did not charge any fee to evaluate the problem as two other plumbers had said they would - charging up to $75. He also has only a very modest charge of $40 for his van and equipment, regardless of the size of the job.

Best of all - when he did the repair initially - there was still a very tiny residual leak, which I had no concern about at all. However, he was not about to let that slip by. He started all over, redid the job using a different washer and when finished, it was perfectly dry! (Don’t you wish you could find someone like this in every repair trade out there?)

In summary, I want to provide the strongest recommendation I possibly can for Angelo Vassallo and Affordable Plumbing of Oro Valley.

Poor professionalism, ask the tech a simple question and right from the beginning had an attitude.

Yes there is two side of a story. I was friendly to your tech and even helped cut a the hole for him. But when he is rude constantly and tells you you must buy cheap tools that's where I draw a line. The money part wasn't the issue it was your techs rude comments and unprofessionalism.

My Water heater went out..Jack M came out sameday . Super nice and very professional!

Saw one of their drivers earlier today on the 101 near the 60, in Mesa. Incredible amount of speed (would estimate 85mph +) , didn’t know how to stay in a lane for more than 30 seconds, no turn signal, complete disregard for anyone else around. Great advertisement for your business, I will not use this company in my Tucson business anymore!!!

UPDATE: owner claims they do not work out of Tucson, picture I took clearly shows their business name & phone number on the tailgate. Maybe they are paying someone to advertise for them. Either way, really bad look for Code Blue Plumbing. I will not remove my review, but I will cease using you and will find another company for my apartment complex in Tucson.

These guys are Amazing! We had Alan out to cap some lines for us since we are installing a new vanity and realized we had 4 lines running into our bathroom sink. He was on time, efficient, good natured and funny 😊 He ended up coming back the next day to help move some pipes behind our dishwasher so that it would fit the way it was supposed to in our kitchen. The job took longer than he expected but he was so nice and even took time to say hello to our dog who would not leave him alone. I Thank you so much for everything these past few days and I will akwaal be sure to call in the future! Prices can't be beat either!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give this business 10 stars, I would! SW Gas turned off our gas due to a leak. The first company I reached out to recommended I go ahead and replace ALL the piping (foregoing the location test) because “putting a bandaid on the leak wasn’t advisable.” They quoted me $10,000 for full repair. OUCH!
Josh and Scott, from Plumber of Tucson, arrived to provide a detection test. They were very kind and professional and took the time to show/explain to me how they were running their tests. They too found a leak, in an area that allowed for gas to be turned back on in the house and remain off to the backyard. Josh even called and spoke to SW gas for me explaining everything and facilitating a tech come to the house to get things turned back on, without delay. Without a doubt, this team went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Their knowledge and assistance has resulted in the gas to my house being turned on tonight instead of 8-10 days later. I will DEFINITELY be reaching out to them for the repair and inspection of the gas line in my backyard. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! Looking forward to a hot shower….. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
