Our house is a plumbing nightmare—soon after we bought it it became apparent that the inspectors had missed an almost total failure of the system, and we went through a couple of plumbers trying to find one we liked as we ended up replacing most of the pipes underneath the bathrooms.

We didn't really have a good experience with any of them, so when some root problems started to creep in a year later we called Zing, who we'd used once at our old house down by Hearthstone, where they're based.

Well, actually we called a bigger company first, and they told us right away that we'd need to get the pipes coated and the fix would start at $5000. I brought Zing in for a second opinion, and before I told George anything about what the other guys wanted to do he gave me a really thorough rundown of what plumbers MIGHT do in this situation—one of the options was that coating process, but he personally suggested a much cheaper option, which we went with. It was great to hear a plumber's thought process as he explained the problem and all the possible solutions.

Better yet, when our problem cropped up again shortly afterward, he came by himself to fix it, even though it was a Sunday. I called expecting to get an answering machine and ended up having our plumbing back to normal within a few hours.

I feel like I've used most of the plumbers in town over the last year or so, and most of the time I've come away with at least the suspicion that I might have been taken for a ride. It's possible that's a me problem, but I didn't feel that way with Zing at all. Great work—and they stand by it—with even better communication.

Had a clogged bathroom drain, called and they were out the same day. Unclogged the sink and it worked perfectly. Cody and Billy were professional, quick, and very good at what they do. Would recommend them to anyone.

I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. The office staff and technician were very polite and quick to set up an appointment. I was disappointed, however, when the technician stated he wouldn't even look at the unit because he thought that it was under warranty. I explained that we had purchased the unit ourselves and had an independent contractor install it so there wasn't a warranty but the technician refused to even look at it.

One thing I can say when Austin and Justin made it to my residence they performed EXCELLENT SERVICE....I say don't tell a time unless they run into difficult situations and then they should Notify the customer that they're running behind.....but overall I would Refer them to my Family and Friends.....

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!
