This repair turned out to be more extensive than expected. I am so grateful that Zack knew what to do to fix the problem. He explained what happened, why the toilet could not flush and he explained what needed to be done for him to complete the repair. Zack is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and takes pride in doing the job to perfection. He is also courteous and truly cares about helping people. My Wife and I had to get a new air conditioning unit. Chris from Picture Rocks came out immediately and ran his tests and although we needed a complete replacement of our unit, it was actually a good experience. It was hot for a few days but, it could have been much worse had we not used Picture Rocks. They were extremely professional and on time. Chris and his crew walked us through what they were going to do, what it was we were really getting with the unit, and took the time to explain all the features. We could not even tell they were there because they cleaned up so good when they finished. I would highly recommend Picture Rocks to anyone needing any of the services they provide. A class act 100%

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

Wonderful service from Robert, Jose, and Johnny. They responded within 24 hours and had the entire Ac System fully installed within 48 hrs. This means a lot especially when you have a house of 5 children and an at risk baby. They got us a loaner Ac immediately and this helped us survive the night and relieved so much stress. These hardworking men went above and beyond to help my family and made us feel like a number one priority. If it wasn't for them and Goettl I honestly don't know what I would have done. If I ever have an Ac problem I will definitely be calling Goettl! The entire Goettl team is so amazing and are absolute lifesavers. I would highly recommend this company again!
