I believe there is sort of connivance between the home warranty guys and their pre-selected service providers. They live off unsuspecting customers. It's business for all. Frankly speaking, it pays more to handle your home issues as it come .

George has helped me with two plumbing projects. I met him first as the contracted water softener installer. He worked well to install the unit in my desired location which involved additional trenching. All of his work was done superbly and when dealing with him I could tell he took his work seriously and professionally. When my water pipe burst outside my house, he helped me with this repair by providing a number of options and then once again completing the job well. I have been very pleased with his work ethic and professionalism; I'll certainly contact him the next time I need a plumber.

Dave is an ideal plumber to have in your home! He's trustworthy, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and so friendly. He knew right away what my issue was. He also very gracefully dealt with my difficult landlord. FOR SURE would call again and would recommend to anyone!

Two years later, I am so glad we chose Intelligent Design - our new AC and Heating system works like a dream, and when our thermostat suddenly stopped working, Intelligent Design quickly replaced it, no questions asked and no charge. We also have a maintenance plan with them, and every time they have come to our home they have been on time, friendly, polite, and ready to answer any questions. I highly recommend these guys!

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

We are so glad we called Cummings when we all of a sudden lost water pressure throughout our house. It was a complex and mysterious issue. J.P. And Joe Sr. Both came out and spent the better part of a day, leaving no stone unturned. They were professional, thorough, and very pleasant to work with.
