Best Line Replacement in Tucson AZ

The rating I gave reflects more on the employee than the company as a whole. Since I have not dealt with every single employee, I can't say whether this instance happens often or at all. I do not appreciate some random guy coming into my home to repair a hot water leak underground using my radio without my permission. If you want to listen to music while you work, bring your own radio. If you do use a customer's radio without permission, have the common sense to change the station back. I proceeded to remove the cord on the second round of him coming out, and he was obviously displeased by this because, in a child-like fashion, he changed the station anyway and left the button on AM. Aside from the radio bit, I am amazed by the lack of respect for other people's homes that this guy had. No shoe covers were worn at any time, so I had dusty, dirty shoe-prints all over the house and all over my black rugs (one of which had chunks of mud on it). At least stomp your feet a couple times near the work area to make some sort of attempt to remove debris from your shoes before tracking it all over the house. The guy also left mud all over my walls and didn't even bother to wipe it down. Again, common courtesy, when you make a mess in someone else's home, CLEAN IT UP. He could've closed the door to the bathroom where the work area was before filling in the hole, but that obviously didn't occur to him, so now I have a fine layer of dirt all over my entire house. This employee had ZERO respect for my home, and that reflects very poorly on the entire company. Luckily, there are dozens of other plumbing companies here in Tucson, and I bet one of them would be more respectful of my home.

Edit: In case anyone wants to know, the employee was Chris. I've read other reviews where people were happy with him. All those instances seem to point to the customer being there watching him, so naturally things will go smoothly. I was not so fortunate and had to let the property manager let him in. The property manager also was unhappy with him, due to the fact that he broke my sink which the HOA will now have to replace due to his incompetence, and also the fact that he was told he needed to bring a jackhammer for the leak was underground and he did not. I found out later that he left and was gone for 2 hours getting a jackhammer.

Chris and Roy did a fantastic job replacing our leaking pipe. They were very professional and gave us an honest opinion. Their prices were very reasonable compared to others and they did a superb job. Much thanks to these guys and the company!

I've had a terrible time with the company Air Tropics. Rude workers, no shows, NEVER come out same day. This company however, I called at 6:30 at night. Showed within 30 minutes. Fixed my a/c. Charged a reasonable price and provided great service. I'd recommend them any day.

Called for a simple dripping bathroom faucet and a running toilet. The guy came and gave me a $3000 bid to replace 3 toilets and my bathroom faucet. My house is only 9 years old! I really feel like he was trying to scam me!

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

Damien and (sorry I cannot remember his name) his partner took care of my bathtub/shower faucet installation and new flex lines and valves in a little over an hour, on the same day that I called for service. It wasn't the simplest of jobs, but both knew what they were doing and walked me through it. They were personable and professional, another reason I have used Cummings Plumbing over the years.

The maintenance was performed on my air conditioner. Benton, the tech, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He took extra time to show me how to change the filter. He did a wonderful job. Thank you. Linda

5 Stars. On Tuesday 9/30/20, Anthony responded to my frantic call. The upstairs bathroom of our rental townhome has leaked and caused damage to the upstairs carper and downstairs bathroom ceiling, etc. Knight Owl Plumbing was recommended by one of our friends. Anthony was on site within the hour and worked until 9:30pm to perform of the needed repairs and was fair and reasonable in terms of cost. Couple of days later, I had handful of to do plumbing items at my home and he was very accommodating and worked around our schedule. Again, he was fair and reasonable. I recommended Knight Owl Plumbing to several of my close neighbors and I highly recommend them should you have plumbing needs.

I had an issue with the toilet and then subsequently the shower. The owner along with Mason came out (on the day of the owners daughters birthday) and completed much needed repairs!!
