Fusion did a really excellent job on the full scope of projects we had them do. They did a water filtration system for our home, installed new faucet fixtures in multiple sinks and shower/tub, installed new toilets, and cleaned out drains. They were always very responsive and willing to do whatever was needed to ensure the job was done thoroughly and to a high degree of quality. They were super-easy to work with, communicated promptly, were prompt to appointments, and followed up with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Will absolutely use them for all of our future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them!

I was introduced to Intellegent Design (ID) through Chris Cramer of Strongbuilt Enterprise, LLC. Since then ID has serviced my brothers rental home and my own home. The latest service was quickly resolved when they identified the capacitor was out and needed to be replaced. Once they arrived on site we were up and running within 15 minutes because he had the part needed in his truck. Highly recommend Strongbuilt and ID.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

I called for an A/C not blowing cool air. They said they could check it out in 4 days, which is understandable in Tucson in the 105 degree heat. They came in 3days. I was told over the phone there was a $99 checkup charge. Within 30 minutes the A/C was fixed. He replaced a capacitor. Told me the freon was fine. The total charge was $ 248. Maybe I was overcharged but at least it was done on the spot.I feel he was knowledgeable, curtious, and reliable.

Zach was so helpful and informational he explained it very well to me and my mom.I hope he comes back for the next rejuvenation.
