Dave confirmed the appointment the day before. Turned up on time with all the equipment needed to install our whole-house ion exchange filter. Completed the job in a timely and professional manner and followed up 24 hours later to ensure everything was OK. Will use him again when we need a plumber.

I called intelligent design for some concerns I had with my piping. Logan and David came out only a few hours later, (which is incredible considering where I live) and diagnosed my issues in under an hour. They were extremely helpful, very professional, and friendly. I've experienced some truly awful contractors in the past, which caused me to distrust them in general, but intelligent design has helped change my mind.

Wally came to repair our a/c. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, very professional and didn't stop working until he fixed our a/c issue.

I have had Swanson's Plumbing do work for me previously and have been more than pleased with their work. I have also referred Tim to friends who also thought the work was done in a timely, professional, cost effective manner and would use Swanson's again in a heartbeat. I had quite a leak at my water meter this morning. I called requesting service - Tim was going to be driving by my house on his way to a big job so he stopped on his way by (this was at 6:35 AM)and repaired my leak. He charged parts and labor but no emergency fee. I highly suggest calling Swanson's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

I used Dunn Plumbing for a clean out installation and a Hydrojet service. They were quick to respond and incredibly reasonable in price. They were also professional, friendly, and very thorough. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing service.

I had the best experience with super drain I had previously called Parker and son they came out gave me an estimate for 1433 to install a water heater even though I was buying the water heater and having it delivered. I called super drain they came out gave me an estimate much less than Parker and son. Super drain service reps came out and installed the water heater explained everything to me and the workers were so professional. I recommend this company.

I have called them twice and both time i'v spoken with Don. On one of my calls they were busy and Don called me back with in 5 min. He answers all the questions with out trying to upsell me. or redirect me to something else. He has always been straight forward, he even walk me threw an issue I was having with my water softer. The softer was put in by a different company,and original company's was charging me $150 just to come take a look. That didn't Include the fixing it. Don walk me threw it and help me fix the issue at no charge. This is a great place to find a plumber. 👍👍👍👍👍

Don has done plumbing projects for me for the past 15 years - put in water heaters, fixed leaks and drains, changed out fixtures, etc. He is reasonable, cleans up after himself, and is responsive and courteous. I definitely recommend Don.

Had a water heater installed Feb2022. Now August 2022 one of the soulder joints failed causing a leak. Called them and was told it's $120 to fix their own shotty work. If this was something that happend a few years out i wouldnt say anything and pay to fix the issue but were 6 months out guys and thats absolutely unacceptable. I don't advocate for anyone to avoid them based on what i say but please understand if you use them you will be putting your homes plumbing integrity into the hands of a company that won't honor or guarantee their own work even 6 months out. To be honest I can recall the installation tech telling me they cover their work for life but I don't have anything in writing to back that up. Be mindful, do your research and if they verbally guarantee anything to you, you best have that in writing.

Dealing with RES-COM Plumbing was a dreadful experience. Initially, the original plumber who responded to the call did the work and gave us the quote was a decent man. I would enthusiastically work with him again if he were not connected with RES-COM Plumbing. Once the job was finished a new contact billing person started contacting me. That is when the problems began. His first contact was to issue an unexplained bill for $992.00 when the original quote was $500.00. There was also a $75.00 holding fee my tenant had to pay to assure services. The bill arrived void of any breakdowns of costs or charges and was presented in narrative form as if he was trying to tell a story. When I contacted him to ask for explanations he became indignant. He even called my tenant numerous times seeking payment before we were able to agree on the terms. Finally, I was able to speak with the owner who agreed to lower the cost to $700.00 in addition, he would provide a 30% future discount for any future services. The decent thing to do would have been to give that discount for THIS job along with the reduction. He surely knew I would never use them again to ask for that discount, which means he would never honor it. Decency was not a consideration. The biggest problem I have is with the billing colleague who harassed me and my tenant for the better part of a week and the way he/they presented an invoice void of costs and charges. The hostile manner in which the billing person communicated with me also shocked me to the point of disbelief. To be fair to the original plumber, he did a fine job and it was a joy to work with him. My issue is with the hatchet billing man & to a lesser degree, the owner for harassing us for payment - even blaming us for the added arbitrary costs. The bill was fully paid within nine days. It was a horrible week and a half of harassment. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and despicable behavior from a company whose sole job is to provide an honest service. They are far from honest from what I experienced and could never in good conscious recommend RES-COM Plumbing.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! They were not only honest, but VERY fair when it came to the cost. I would highly recommend Rooter King for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Rooter King!
