Major emergency at a rental and Mike and Pedro showed up at 6pm on a Saturday and left after 9pm. Job was a big one. They were pro all the way. Efficient and cleaned up so well you would never guess they were here at all. Five stars and highly recommend!

Our house is a plumbing nightmare—soon after we bought it it became apparent that the inspectors had missed an almost total failure of the system, and we went through a couple of plumbers trying to find one we liked as we ended up replacing most of the pipes underneath the bathrooms.

We didn't really have a good experience with any of them, so when some root problems started to creep in a year later we called Zing, who we'd used once at our old house down by Hearthstone, where they're based.

Well, actually we called a bigger company first, and they told us right away that we'd need to get the pipes coated and the fix would start at $5000. I brought Zing in for a second opinion, and before I told George anything about what the other guys wanted to do he gave me a really thorough rundown of what plumbers MIGHT do in this situation—one of the options was that coating process, but he personally suggested a much cheaper option, which we went with. It was great to hear a plumber's thought process as he explained the problem and all the possible solutions.

Better yet, when our problem cropped up again shortly afterward, he came by himself to fix it, even though it was a Sunday. I called expecting to get an answering machine and ended up having our plumbing back to normal within a few hours.

I feel like I've used most of the plumbers in town over the last year or so, and most of the time I've come away with at least the suspicion that I might have been taken for a ride. It's possible that's a me problem, but I didn't feel that way with Zing at all. Great work—and they stand by it—with even better communication.

CONFIDENCE in GOETTL. We just relocated to Oro Valley AZ from Pennsylvania. I believe it’s important to take good care of a home’s infrastructure, including having a PM Agreement for HVAC and Plumbing. The previous owner had Goettl install new HVAC, Water Heater, and Water Softener and had them maintain them, so I thought I’d do the same. The first week we were here, I shut shut off the water supply valve to a toilet which caused a leak where there hadn’t been one. I couldn’t get it to stop, so I called Goettl. They came the next day and replaced the valve and connectors and did so in a very professional manor and I am pleased with their work.Everything wasn’t perfect. They goofed up the appointment date/time and didn’t show up until I called to inquire. True to form, they recommended that I replace every water supply valve in the house -- all 20 of them at a cost of over $3000! Acknowledging that they were all probably original equipment and 20 years old, we went ahead and had them do it. Expensive but worth the peace of mind this time.

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.

Consistantly a good job

Robert showed up within a couple hours with a fully supplied truck and fixed the problem right away. You can't ask for more than that!

I got multiple quotes on some pluming work to repair a serious leak at my house. The work needed to be done under the crawl space as well as in the walls. The MacInnis Plumbing quote was half the cost of their competitors and they were much more friendly and knowledgable throughout the process than the others as well. Highly recommended! The repair took less time than I expected and the workers went above and beyond in helping fix an adjacent minor repair while working on the original problem (at no extra charge). I will be calling them again for future pluming work!

I called Al Coronado Plumbing on Tuesday afternoon about a water leak and they were there the next day. They sent Jasper Williams and James to investigate the problem. In a little over an hour they traced the problem down and resolved my issue. Jasper is not only knowledgeable, but upfront and honest. I will definately be a returning customer. Ty for the professionalism and outstanding customer service from both these technicians.

This was a leak that could not be found inside - although the water meter was ticking away - Mike was excellent - the hottest day of the last three weeks - he wore his mask checked everywhere and finally found a broken pipe forcing him to dig a trench to repair it - can not say enough how impressed I was with his work ethics.

The work was done promptly and with no mess. Good job.

Called Ram Plumbing when we were having a sewer drain issue and they were able to fit us in right before the Christmas Holiday. Their Technician, David R. was able to immediately locate the issue, which unfortunately was caused by another plumbing company from a previous repair. David gave us his recommendation on how they would need to fix issue and the estimate given was fair. David and JJ returned soon after, repaired the sewer issue, and scoped the sewer line again afterward, just to make sure there were no other issues. We appreciated David and JJ's  Promptness, Honesty, Professionalism, and Attention to Detail. We would definitely recommend Ram Plumbing and their Team for any Plumbing needs and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Guys! :)

Professional people and excellent service

Called the day before Thanksgiving and they came out exactly when they said they would. When they thought it couldn't be cleared, they kept on trying and got everything cleared for my guest to use the bathroom. Great job from great people.

I cannot say enough good things about Code Blue. Called them with plumbing in master bath backing up. Another company failed to show up on a Friday when scheduled. Called Code Blue on that Friday. They came out that afternoon. The technician was professional, respectful and worked hard to resolve the problem. After 3 hours of snaking and trying to see/locate the problem with a camera and locator; he had to reschedule us for Monday. A big part of this home just purchased was that there were two separate lines running out to the sewer and both clean outs were buried under ground. The searched and eventually found them nearly a foot underground and one of the covers was left off and soil and rocks eventually blocked it. They spent several more hours here on Monday and resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction and at a cost that equally impressed us. We’ve worked with many professional service companies in our life and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with the professionalism and quality of their technicians, supervisors and office staff. We will only work with Code Blue for all of our plumbing needs and do yourself a big favor and do the same!
