Cummings Plumbing, Heating & Cooling sent JT to my residence previously to install 2 new water heaters to replace two old ones that were installed in 2005. JT did an outstanding job installing both water heaters timely and professionally. Once again my third water heat that was also installed in 2005 started leaking yesterday in the garage. I called Cummings Plumbing Heating and Cooling again yesterday since the last time they worked at my home, their service and knowledge was impeccable. I ask if they could send JT back to my residence since he did such a great job installing the last two water heaters. He was dispatched on the date and time I requested and he showed up ready to go to work. This young man is absolutely knowledgeable. He completed the work within the time frame given and gave me some additional information on what he had observed with my piping that needed repair. He schedule a date for repairs that would fit into my schedule. Thanks for his professionalism. Two Thumbs Up.

He did a great job trouble shooting on the phone, arrived exactly when he promised, had all the appropriate equipment, and worked to solve the problem. They did a good job replacing the Hot Water Heater but when it came to replacing the Hot water line, They didn't do so well. The line was not secured
Properly, so there is knocking when turning off the hot water. It is pretty noisy.

Superior Plumbing did not respond with a quote to fix my plumbing issue.
