Drainmasters has always come through for me, and this visit was no exception. I had 2 leaky shower faucets, and vintage hardware that I didn't want to be damaged. Zack and Ben went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done thoroughly, and with care. They were professional, polite and on time. I will continue to call on Drainmasters for my future plumbing needs.

I called this company when water heater wouldn’t work. They showed up the same day and told me that they could drain and fix or replace. My budget was tight so I asked which was cheaper. They worked with me and took care of the problem and stayed in my budget. I now have hot water and a good company to refer all my neighbors and friends to. We had this company out to our house in April to change the cartridge in a leaky shower. Six months later, the shower is leaking again and when we called the company, all we got from them was an, “Oh well. Your warranty was only good for 30 days.” Thirty days. This company takes no pride in their work and their plumbers do a terrible job. Six months after a repair, we shouldn’t have to call to have it repaired AGAIN. We gave Cummings an opportunity to make it right and they refused and wanted to charge us again to redo the repair—we called a different company to fix the problem. AVIOD THIS COMPANY. Their 30-day warranty should be reason enough to find any other plumber!

These guys came out to our rental property to fix a shower that was not delivering cold-water. They were prompt. They had parts with them. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour. They were clean!

I plan on using them for all rental properties and my home. I'm a satisfied customer.

I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. BioRemedies is simply the best plumbing service in Tucson. The work is excellent, the Fannon family is professional, conscientious and smart about their work. Just had all the old cast iron lines in my house rehabilitated by them and I am confident that the work was done right. Even had to excavate through the tile floor and slab inside the house to make sure the job was done right (the old pipe was really in bad shape). Great Company! My septic spit up junk all over my bathtub because I hadn't pumped it in years. Not only did they come out on the weekend to immediately give it a short-term fix, but the office manager answered all of my septic questions. I'm a city girl, so I had no idea that you need to pump it every six years, or so. Then they came back during the week, so I wouldn't have to pay the weekend rate, with two men, to pump the whole thing out, which was filled to the top. They were very nice and professional, and knew what they were doing. They didn't waste any time getting to work in our 100 degrees plus temperatures, and they even gave us a Senior Citizen discount. I was also happy that they cleaned up all their work, and left my backyard looking just like it did before they did the dig up.

This plumbing service was top-notch! I would recommend it to anyone who needs a plumber. So inexpensive as well. Matthew was not only professional, but answered all my calls to him. Last Friday, 11-19-21, we replaced a tank hot water heater with a tankless hot water heating system. Ben came to our house for the estimate the week before, talking with us about our needs and the work necessary to install and vent the tankless system. He was punctual, professional, and personable. The quote he provided was also reasonable and affordable for us, especially compared to the first quote we got from another local plumbing company which, for the same work, was almost three times as high as Tucson Plumbing's quote.

Ben performed the install for us. Throughout the process, he was knowledgeable about what he was doing and also attentive to questions and concerns we had about disruption of water service to a separate plumbing line. He was careful and conscientious at each step, knowing what he needed to do and confidently and meticulously replacing the old tank heater with the new tankless system.

We couldn't have asked for a better plumber for our conversion from a tank hot water heater to a tankless hot water heater. The install was time consuming and Ben worked it straight through without taking a break, concentrating on getting the old heater out and the new one installed with minimal impact on us. He was pleasant at every turn and did not slack off in his work even when we had questions or checked on him from time to time to view his work and see his progress. He was neat in laying out what he needed to do at the outset of the install, and he left the work area as orderly as it had been on his arrival.

Ben is a great plumber, in our opinion, and a phenomenal representative for what can be expected from Tucson Plumbing. We are grateful to Ben and Tucson Plumbing for being quickly available to help us as our old hot water heater was getting ready to go -- it was leaking --, and we are thankful that they were willing to do the work without gouging us as the other local plumbing company was intent on doing with their outrageous quote.

I had my water heater explode at 10pm. I called Frank and he had his guys at my home by 10:45 pm. They did a great job, replaced the water heater and cleaned up all the water that had flooded my garage. The guys were very courteous and professional.
