Dave did a repipe of our 1961 west side brick ranch home. Completely new pex for the whole home to include our main water service to the meter box, multiple outdoor spigots, and a whole home water filter system. He solved a situation which my aunt was reluctant to call another plumber after previous disappointments in their work and they were not from Apperson. I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

Cummings went above and beyond to meet my expectations. We had a complete replacement of our plumbing, and, although it took longer than projected, the work was good, and they added a few extras at no additional cost.

We had a shower/tub faucet leaking. Rick from Affordable Plumming said he would be here at 9am Monday. He was here at 8:57. The worst scenario was the valve in the wall would have to be replaced. He would either have to remove tiles or cut a whole in the drywall on the other side. Then we would have to pay someone else to come repair the tiles or the wall. When he looked at it he realized it wasn't the valve in the wall but was the tub spout leaking. Rick went and got a new spout and that was that. Sweet and simple. We were very thankful he was honest and didn't RIP us off. He said they don't don't believe in taking money that's not necessary because they work ONLY by word of mouth. We value that kind of honesty and highly recommend Affordable Plumming. Rick was great.

We called Bio Remedies about clogged kitchen and bathroom sinks. They responded promptly, and they knew exactly how to fix everything. The two plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They cleared the drains quickly and did not leave a mess. We will use them for all our plumbing needs, and we recommend them highly. They are the best.

VERY EXPENSIVE; VERY GOOD; you get what you pay for

Had water leak in ABS piping connection in bathroom. Fixed it very nicely. I was a somewhat upset that their quote over phone was round $400 but final charge was $816.08; I had emailed them extensive description and multiple photos so they could provide more accurate estimate since they do not do free estimates though I realize they found some other issues they had to fix that were not apparent in my description and photos. I was also upset that the impression they gave me was only one plumber would do the job but he showed up with a trainee and charged me for trainee time also. I will use them again only for involved or complex jobs. They are too expensive for simple plumbing jobs such as toilet install or faucet install.

They provided an estimate to replace a water softener. Early for the appointment, but Jasper called ahead to ask if it was ok. Understood what I needed and suggested what were the better softeners based on experience. Found water leak in old system and drywall damage that needs to be repaired. No pressure approach on services.
