Temperature Control has provided excellent service. We're on a service plan and get reminders when service is due. When part replacement has been necessary, we see the replaced parts and photos if there are physical indications showing why the part needed to be replaced. All service personnel have been very good at communication and at suggesting things that we can do to extend the life of our unit..

Dylan came to our home for our annual plumbing inspection. He brought several issues to our attention & ensured that we got financing to get them taken care of. Initially we were supposed to have everything done the next day, but our baby got sick. Goettl was able to reschedule us for the coming weekend & the technicians that did the work were able to finish in one day! Called Code Blue for a loose toilet. They were able to get someone out the same day. They arived at the time specified. Jose and his helper were both professional and respectful. Had all needed parts available with them to complete the job. Worked efficiently and the repair was done in a timely manner. Very reasonable price compared to other plumbing companies we've used in the past. Overall very satisfied, and would definitely use them again!
